4. 4. M O U N T WA I A L E A L E Mount Waialele, located in the heart of Kauai, is one of the wettest places on earth. It averages 450 inches of rain each year.
5. 5. W E T A N D W I L D Lumahai Beach on Kauais north shore, a famous location from the movie South Pacific.
6. 6. U N D E R T H E C A N O P Y Much of Kauai is a deciduous rainforest. Hiking the islands many trails can be challenging but worth it. The colors and sounds of songbirds stay with you forever.
7. 7. WAT E R . E V E RY W H E R E . Kauai has more waterfalls than anyplace in the Pacific, and more rivers than any other Hawaiian island.
