REPORT ON GRADE VI – A & B CLASS ACTIVITY 2017-18

Students of Grade VI ‘A’ & VI ‘B’ had a privilege to explore their potentials through the class

activity theme ‘Know My Country Japan’ on 26th August 2017.

The tone in the auditorium was set with light Japanese playback music. Students of Grade

VII & VIII witnessed the show having a feel of the Japanese ambience.

The entire programme commenced with a welcome address. Further students enlightened

the audience with their research on the topic ‘Know My Country Japan’. Students

presented the activity in the form of skit & talks. Students stole the show by sharing many

unique details about Japan. To mention a few The Art Of Origami, The Square Watermelon,

Famous Places of Japan, The Sumo Sport, Famous Poet Matsuo Basho, Culture & Ethnic

Ware, Japanese Hand Fan, Technological Advancement, Computer Games Developed by

Japanese, The Japanese Numbering System & Alphabet, Importance of Ikebana, Bonsai,

and The Japanese National Symbols.

All students of Grade VI involved actively and put up the show with a right spirit & attitude.

The principal Mrs. Geeta Dikshit addressing the gathering appreciated the efforts taken by

the students to present the class activity in a great way. Students of Grade VI spread the

message ‘The Secret of Getting Ahead is Getting Started.’
