2. DISPOSAL OF TIMBER DEBRIS & METAL PANELS

Tender No.KPUC/TD 01/2012/2013 Disposal of Timber Debris & Metal Panels 4,000.00
The tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office and viewing of items for Disposal may be done on normal working days between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm.
Interested bidders are required to pay a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 4,000 per set of tender documents. Payment should be made in cash or bankers’ cheque payable to The Kenya Polytechnic University College in Cash Office situated at ground floor, Administration Block.
Completed tender documents accompanied with a copy of official receipt for the fee paid, enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the “Tender Number and Tender Description” as disclosed in the Tender Documents, should be addressed and delivered to:

Or be deposited in the Tender Box on first floor, Administration Block next to the staircase on or before 17th October, 2012 at 10.30 am. Tender opening will be conducted immediately thereafter and bidders or their representatives are welcome to witness the opening in the Boardroom, Administration Block.
The quoted price in Kenya Shilling MUST be inclusive of all government taxes, duties and delivery costs and remain valid for 90 day from the closing date of the tender. The Kenya Polytechnic University College reserves the RIGHT to accept OR reject any tender either in whole or in part and NOT bound to give reasons for its decisions.
