3. Booth construction in EUR

Booth space will be assigned on a space available, first come, first served basis. Prime booth location varies upon the total amount of financial contribution and the date when payment is received. If the booth selected is not available, the next best option will be attributed at the discretion of the Organizer.

Order confirmation

By emailing the Purchase Order, the buyer formally makes a legally binding offer to AOP.

Within the following 72 hours after its receipt, the offer will receive a confirmation by AOP.

Upon confirmation of this Purchase Order by our Sales Department, the corresponding invoice will be issued and payment will be due.
