3. Booth construction in EUR
Booth space will be assigned on a space available, first come, first served basis. Prime booth location varies upon the total amount of financial contribution and the date when payment is received. If the booth selected is not available, the next best option will be attributed at the discretion of the Organizer.
AOP reserves the right to modify the floorplan at any time. After assignment of space, Exhibitors agree to be relocated to another comparable space, if necessary. This is under the judgement of the Organizer.

Within the following 72 hours after its receipt, the offer will receive a confirmation by AOP.
