This is a rather liberal translation of an e-mail we unsuccessfully attempted to

send the Moroccan embassy in Oslo/Norway:

MR KHALID SKAH (b Jan 29, 1967) ─ SUMMARY

BRIEFING

Mr Khalid SKAH’s personal protests against Norwegian authorities are well-

known throughout the country, and requires no further commentaries per se.

It’s beyond all question that Norwegian authorities and their hired hit men

violated international, Norwegian and Moroccan law etc when they last summer

carried out an armed attack (on Moroccan territory) to abduct Mr SKAH’s

children.

Norway’s former ambassador to Morocco, Mr Bjørn BLOKHUS, provably ─

premeditatedly abusing his diplomatic immunity ─ played an important role as

regards planning and completion of the illegal assault on Mr SKAH and his

children.

Norwegian authorities officially denies they have anything to do with the

explicitly criminal assault ─ this is utter and most expectable nonsense, of

course!

The author of nearby e-mail are very familiar with the various aspects of official

corruption in Norway, and he’s willing to assist Mr SKAH and Moroccan

authorities.

As usual in cases like this, Norwegian authorities routinely and wholly unlaw-

fully attempts to obstruct all legal cooperation with foreign government

representatives and upright law enforcers et al, and since Monday this week

we’ve kept an eye on a somewhat confused chap associated with the Norwegian

maritime special forces unit* (*i.e Marinejegerkommandoen) messing around in

NO-Brattvåg!

The special forces trooper is an energetic fellow, but he makes many mistakes

and has no deeper knowledge of more sophisticated surveillance systems.

Desperately endeavoring to incriminate and negatively stigmatize the author,

we’re afraid Norwegian authorities exposes the trooper to mortal danger quite

willfully….

The actual special forces trooper are directly linked to the criminal abduction of

Mr SKAH’s children.
