Harvest of the Month is a program

that your class will participate in thisyear. Through this program, you will tryfruits and vegetables that you may havenever tasted before. All of these fruitsand vegetables are grown in California

and will be in season, which is whenthey are more affordable and mostfresh.

Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals that your growing
