2. The blank form for quotation can be downloaded from Institute site i.e www.iitbhu.ac.in.Downloaded form, complete in all aspects should be submitted along with tender fee ofRs.500/- in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, IIT (BHU), payable atVaranasi.

3. The earnest money deposit of 2% of quoted price shall be submitted in the form of DD infavour of the Registrar, IIT (BHU), payable at Varanasi.

4. The works will be executed on Agreement basis.5. Institute reserves the right to reject any quotation or all quotation without prejudice,

assigning any reason on giving any expiation.6. Quotation received will not be considered if rates quoted are not clearly written.7. Quotation not signed by the contractor or his legally authorized agent will be considered

invalid.8. Security deposit @ 10% shall be deducted from each RIA Bill. The security deposit of 10%

deducted from the bill will be refunded after completion of the warranty period.9. Water charge @ 1% & electricity charge as per actual consumption shall be deducted from

each RIA Bill.•10.5% Trade tax will be deducted from the each bill and 2% Income tax will be deducted from

each bill.11. Any damage caused to the building (Hostel) shall have to be made good by contractor at no

extra cost & without any delay.

12. The Company/Contractor should have approval by IOCIBPCIHPC for installation ofLPG pipe line system. A certified copy of the approval should be submitted along withbid.

13. All LPG installation will be done as per (IS-6044 Part I) standard & the bidders shouldprovide a certificate to that effect.

14. The tender will be rejected outrightly if the bidders do not fulfill conditions mentionedat serial no. 12 & 13.

15. The firm should have at least 3 work experiences for same work. Copies of relevant ordersin support of that should be attached along with successful work completion certificate.

16. The firm should also assure after sales service and should provide an undertaking that it willprovides spares and services for at least next 5 years. In case of any breakdown the samemay be attended & rectified within 24 hours. An undertaking to this office will be given bythe bidders. If the vender fails to provide satisfactory service than the security deposit shallbe forfeited.

17. Warranty of all equipment shall be minimum 2 years.18. Grade of stainless steel should be 304 grade & test will be conducted for the specific

grade, if found unsuitable the vendor will replace the S.S & provide the particular S.Sgrade.

19. All the materials/equipments provide by the vendor will be checked by IWD beforeinstallation.

20. Works should be completed within 30 days for the date of placing of order.
