1 Overview

KKSKraftwerkKennzeichen SystemKKSKKS is abbreviated for German KraftwerkKennzeichen System, meaning labelling system in power plant. Its based on, equipments function, category and location that all equipments and facilities are encoded by KKS encoding system applicable for design, construction, operation and management for power plant2 KKSRepresentation on KKS code2.1 Thermal control and technic representation KKSKKS12Power plant labelling system, namely, KKS encoding system is applied on each system, equipment, conduit, pipeline, valve, on-off, switch, system replay protector as well as secondary wires. Except that for equipment, KKS code consists of 12-digit bytes in 3 grades whose meeaning and grading are detailed by table below KKSGrading table on KKS encoding

2.2 Indication on classfication list . 2.2.1 12312311231Code of machine group: It should be labelled with 1 or 2 or 3(literally meaning machine 1 or 2 or 3), with public system categorized into machine group No.1; the public overlapping system between machines 1 and 2 should be included into machine group No. 1 2.2.2 Code of system or device: each system or device should be labeled with 3 English letters, with each major detailed respectively2.2.3 10,20,30121213010203As for the piping area, No. Of device: 2-digit No. will be utilized to divide the system into sub-system which are labeled by 10, 20, 30..., with regard to branch within subsystem, these will be distinguished and identified by 12, 12, 13, the subsystem could also be sorted by 01, 02, 03

The type of equipment or cell: each equipment should be labeled with 2 English letters.2.2.4 Under the same equipment or valve categoryGlide number will be labeled by 3-digit No..2.2.5 All these will be labeled by A, B, C...or 1, 2, 3..., though, with I and o excluded into avoid ambiguity.
