3.2 Suitable income generating activities to be undertaken by KVK for uplifting SHGs and also promote nutrition garden at Anganavadi Kendras

3.4 Successful interventions undertaken by KVK to be documented and publish as success stories for technology up-scaling. KVK should demonstrate double cropping system utilizing resources effectively (Form pond)

3.5 To create awareness on Financial literacy and also the facilities available to farmers with respect to Food processing by suitable resource persons from Banking and Dept. of Small Scale Industry & Commerce. KVK should also distribute the list of schemes and subsidies available in each line department to farmers during the training programmes.

3.6 Since, KVK is producing and selling high yielding drumstick variety Bhagya, there is a need for creating awareness on pruning and training method through demonstrations & capacity building programmes.

3.7 Since 2016 has been declared as International year of Pulses, KVK to promote production of pulses through demonstrations and conduct awareness programme in all off campus training programme.

3.8 KVK to create awareness on improved technologies viz., varieties, paired row system, pit system, trenching and mulching

3.9 KVK to promote INM & IPM practices through awareness and demonstration to farmers giving more importance to eco-friendly practices

3.10 KVK to organize more number of off-campus training programmes in Kanakapura taluk in collaboration with Line departments and NGOs looking in to the distance from KVK head quarters.

3.11 KVK to produce and sell improved fodder cutting through Dept. of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Service & NGOs
