Organizational set up

Organization is headed by Chairman,Policy frame work is given by the

BOD, which has nine (9) members . Chairman of the organization is also head of the Board.

Board members comprises of three nominees from Government and five from private corporate sectors (Multinationals & Corporate entities),

There are four operational free zones with one regional office,

Basic Information of EPZA a) It is a tax free industrial estate

working under the Ministry of Industries & Production , Government of Pakistan,

b) It is a self finance organization,c) It has strong income base, high

financial reserves,d) Knowledgeable work force,e) Automation of Revenue Collection

System(covering all income streams),

f) There are five operational departments comprising of Finance, Facilities, Engineering, Administration & security, Investment Promotion.

g) There are mixed employment pattern i.e., permanent & out sourced (146 permanent & 269 outsourced),

Centralization of Powers, Absences of career planning , Delayed / seniority based Promotion, No performance based incentives

system, No policy of job enrichment,

EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES,
