- 関節機能を回復するために脛骨関節面の適切な再建をサポートします。

- 内側近位方向に向けて挿入される5.0mmロッキングスクリューが、安定したトラス構造を構築します。

LCP コンビネーションホール

スタンダードスクリューによる圧迫固定とロッキングスクリューによる固定のいずれかを術中に選択できます。

スタンダードスクリューを使用することで骨片間圧迫もしくは骨軸方向への圧迫ができます。

ロッキングスクリューを使用することでプレート形状に関わらず、一期的な整復位の喪失を起こすことなく安定した固定が期待できます。

角度安定性による骨質に依存しない安定した固定が期待できます。

動的荷重下における一期的または二期的な整復位喪失リスクの低減が期待できます。

プレート裏面に施されたリミテッドコンタクト形状により骨膜の血流阻害の低減が期待できます。

骨粗鬆症の骨*や、多骨片骨折においても骨の把持が期待できます。

C. プレートヘッド下の2つのラウンドホールには、4.5mmコー ティカルスクリューと6.5mmキャンセラススクリューが挿入 できます。このオプションによって必要に応じた骨片間圧迫 や固定ができます。

D. 斜め内側近位方向に向かうロッキングホールには、5.0mm ロッキングスクリューが挿入できます。
