IntroductionDARE 2 DREAM is this year’s theme for LEAD (Literacy Enrichment and

Development).

Through this project, we strive to make the underprivileged

children’s dream come true.

We dig through their hidden potentials, encourage them to

spread their wings, soar, and make a mark to the community and the

world, and eventually become one of the leaders of change.

gathered from all diverse ethnics and cultural groups.

Diversity.
