MBA, based in Newcastle upon Tyne is one of the UK's

Your Lead the Field trainer

Mark Butcher

Mark is the Director of MBA. He has been a manager, consultant and trainer for 22 years. He is a

nationally renowned speaker on strategic planning, income generation and personal effectiveness

having worked as a trainer and consultant for hundreds of organisations including the National Trust,

Newcastle University, Northumberland County Council, the European Cultural Foundation,

Capability Scotland and Citizen’s Advice. He was recently instrumental in a successful bid for £2.5

million to launch the country’s first Community Legal Advice Centre and is helping to raise

£1,000,000 to expand a school for young women in rural Tanzania. Mark is also the author of two

books on improving personal performance: 'Achieve!' - personal effectiveness in the voluntary sector

and 'Create!', a guide to creative problem solving for not-for-profit organisations.

represented and whether a single day, two days or three or more days of the ‘Lead the Field’ programme is

Payment

Payment must be made in full no later than 14

working days prior to the start of the course. We

reserve the right to reallocate the course place to

another delegate if fees are not paid on time.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing or via email.

Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. If you

wish to cancel a booking, the following charges

apply.

21 working days or more prior to the event; 10%

of the course fee

11 to 20 working days prior to the event: 25% of

the course fee.

6 to 10 working days prior to the event: 50% of

the course fee.

5 or less working days prior to the event: 100% of

the course fee.

Non attendance on the day: 100% of the course

fee

If you cannot attend on the day you can send

another delegate in your place – just let us know in

advance.

In exceptional circumstances the fee may be waived

at MBA’s discretion. In such circumstances, please

write to us explaining why you cannot attend and

enclose any supporting documentation, for example
