identifying best practices to achieve a high performing PPP EPR program with specifics on what works and why. This will build upon the EPR report published December 2013 that identified the elements of a successful EPR program.

PURPOSE:  To  define  EPR  ‘best  prac>ces’  and  iden>fy  ‘best  programs’  based  upon  key  performance  indicators  and  defini>ons  that  drive  highest  recovery  and  recycling  rates.  This  be  accomplished  by  facilita>ng  (1)  interviews  &  discussions  with  subject  maMer  experts  to  reach  consensus  on  the  defini>on  of  “best  prac>ces”  and  “key  performance  indicators”  and  (2)  benchmarking  of  EPR  programs  in  order  to  determine  the  key  elements  of  a  model  “best  program.”
