District Chairmen → Dept. Chairman by Dec. 1, 2015 {No form … just mail or email summary!}
Year-End Reports Unit Chairmen → District Chairmen by April 15, 2016
District Chairmen → Dept. Chairman by May 1, 2016 {Forms provided in the Plan of Action … complete all information & send them in time!}
As part of your narrative report, please include answers to the following
questions:
• How many unit and/or District trainings did your District hold?
• Total number of members attending all of these trainings?
• What topics or presentations were included in your trainings?
• Did you hold training on nurturing a culture of goodwill?
