If you click on the link below it will open the Buyer Dashboard (pls see image below). In this page is where you can see the information regarding outages, the commodities needed, requisitions placed, POs placed and delivery dates.

To select the commodities you would like to work on, you have to go to the Data form link below. You can find the link in the PGS Sourcing LAPS Webpage.

Buyer Dashboard

In the commodity map by country you can see the outage locations, as this give us a more graphic understanding of the outage. In the buyer view you have the information of the ongoing and planned outages where you can see the following breakdown:

• Serv. Mgr.• Outage Site, Buyer and Quarter• Percentage of completion of each

outage

This percentage is obtained as the combination of 4 fields/pillars:

• Needed• Request Number • PO Number • Delivery date

This information is reflected in tableau within 24 hours

You can see in the graph commodities amounts asked per week per serv. mgr.

OUTAGE COMMODITIESIn the buyer dashboard you can select each outage to see the commodities you have previously worked in the data form

In this commodities view we also have a graphic commodities apply to see the commodities amount that we are using and the ones we are not.

In the bar on the right side of the page you can filter the report and select it per buyer, serv. mgr., outage site or country.

CUSTOMIZATION OF REPORTS

The reports can be customized and sent to your email, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis:

How to save:

Select - original view tab, then type the name you want and click in remember.

How to subscribe:

You can select the view and an email will be sent to you with the chosen frequency.

To do this click on the envelope icon at the upper right of the dashboard.
