The luminaire’s high-performance LEDs are mounted to a metal core board and attached to a die-cast aluminum heat sink for efficient conductive cooling. The housing’s revolutionary flow-through design also promotes convection cooling by channeling air along the underside of the luminaire’s heat sink. This approach helps keep key components cool, which extends the life of the luminaire and enhances the performance of the LEDs.

With the D-Series LED Parking Garage Luminaire, you’ll never replace another lamp. In a parking facility with 200 traditional fixtures, that could add up to 2,000 lamps over the next 10 years. Continuous spot re-lamping is very costly in both time and materials. T5E - EnTryThe Type 5 Entry is created specifically for entrances requiring 50 fc during the daytime hours. This distribution is concentrated, providing high levels of illumination without a center hot spot.

T5r - rECTAnGuLArThe Type 5 Rectangular distribution is designed for single-row applications and extends light to parking spaces on either side of the drive lane.

ASy - ASymmETrICThe Asymmetric distribution is ideal for ramps and other areas that require irregular distributions.

T5m - mEDIumThe Type 5 Medium is specially designed for twin-row applications when higher levels of illumination are desired. The Type 5 Medium is the lowest glare option, offering drivers and pedestrians a comfortable, consistent viewing experience from any distance.

The D-Series LED Parking Garage Luminaire has the versatility to create a custom lighting package for any parking structure. Available with one, two or three light engines and offered in 350, 530, 700 and 1000mA drive currents, this luminaire allows for wattage ranges from 26W to 107W. It also provides 30 lumen packages ranging from 1,700 to 9,000 lumens. These scalable power/lumen packages offer the flexibility to deliver higher light levels for maximum security or reduced power density for increased energy savings or something in between.

Solutions That Expand your PerformanceWhen equipped with optional controls, the D-Series LED Parking Garage Luminaire can provide an additional 50% in energy savings. The luminaire’s intelligent control options dim the luminaire during unoccupied periods and rapidly return light levels to full illumination when motion is detected. The D-Series LED Parking Garage Luminaire’s control options are seamlessly integrated and can be wirelessly connected to provide zonal control for optimal lighting and improved pedestrian experience.

STAnD-ALonE FIxTurE InTELLIGEnCEThe luminaire’s integrated sensors are designed to detect motion at an ideal fixture spacing of 30 feet. These fully programmable sensors dim the luminaire to pre-set illumination levels when motion is no longer detected and will return the luminaire to full illumination, without distracting flash, within three seconds of sensing movement. Each sensor also detects ambient light, so perimeter fixtures can be turned off when sufficient daylight enters the structure.

DISTrIbuTED WIrELESS ConTroLUsing embedded wireless technology, luminaires share occupancy data with each other to intelligently anticipate and brighten a driver’s or pedestrian’s path. This approach eliminates single luminaire responses and provides garage patrons with an enhanced visual experience and improved field of view throughout the environment. With wireless control, lighting in closed-off floors or zones can be scheduled to dim or turn off for maximum savings and will return to normal operation and full light levels when motion is detected. Integrated wireless control also allows the luminaires to detect after-hours activity and send alarms to security personnel so they can determine where and how to respond.
