ProductsLEEL COILS EUROPE specializes primarily in design and production of conventional fin-packed heat exchangers, for OEM manufacturers within the HVAC & R industry.
Constructed from:• Tubing
• Copper (7 mm, 5/16“, 3/8“, 1/2“, 5/8“)• NEW 5 mm copper (implementation in progress)
• Fin Stock • Aluminum, coated aluminum (epoxy/hydrophilic) and copper• 8 different geometries for fins
• End plates and fan shrouds• Galvanized metal, aluminum, stainless steel• 16 different diameters of fan shrouds
• Powder coating line
• Special LEEL anticorrosion and anti-microbial protection(water based, branded as LCE Coating)

• Geometry: A = 25,4 mm, B = 19,05 mm
• Fins in copper or aluminium with / without coating(hydrophile, hydrophobic) and LCE coating
• Fins surface: plain and corrugated Fin spacing from 1,41 up to 4,23 mm
• Maximum working pressure for Evaporator: 80 bar
• Maximum working pressure for Gas cooler: 120 bar
LCE CoatingLCE Coating is a revolutionary technology that protects heat exchanger coils from corrosion, mould and bacteria growth in a very effective way. Unlike solvent-based coatings, LCE Coating is a water-based product that brings us significant improvements; Super Hydrophobic effect and Anti-microbial protection.
Tests found 100% penetration on fin blocks with 16 fins per inch (1,58 mm)!
LCE Coating benefits:• increases the lifetime of your units in highly aggressive environments,• anti-microbial protection prevents bacteria growing inside your units,• repairable on-site coating,• no impact on capacity,• 100% penetration of coil surface thanks to the application by total coil immersion,• super hydrophobic surface.
