Bunyamin Aydin was born into the fashion industry… it’s in his blood.

His family were jersey experts who set up textile factories in Germany. They then established a factory in Istanbul, bringing German head, systems and process to marry with Turkish hearts and hands. The factory in Istanbul thrived.

Bunyamin wanted to take this DNA and his love of fabrics and design to the next level. To move on from producing beautiful garments for other important fashion brands to doing it for himself.

With this in mind, Bunyamin and his friends, ‘Les Benjamins’, decided to create their own brand, inspired by the ideas and attitudes of ‘Les Juenes Turcs’, a group of young intellectual dissidents who believed in ‘Union and Progress’ at the time of the Ottoman Empire.

That spirit and attitude inspires the col-lections we see from Les Benjamins today.
