LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

This letter is my personal recommendation for Jelena Rodić. Until February 2011, I have been

Jelena's immediate supervisor for three month. She was doing her practice in our company. I

found her to be consistently pleasant and witty, tackling all assignments with dedication and a

smile.

Besides being a joy to work with, Jelena is a take-charge person who is able to present

creative ideas. She has successfully developed tourist program “Belgrade walk through

history” for our tourist agency. Jelena has shown to be loyal and trustworthy in various

circumstances.

Though she was an asset to our tourist program creating, Jelena was also extraordinarily

helpful in other areas of the company. She was helpful in maintaining our marketing programs

and communication with potential clients and partners of tourist agency in field of souvenir

sales. Jelena assumed a leadership role in meeting with other volunteers, inspiring and
