Letter of Recommendation for Diatom Enterprises

I write with reference to Denis Gorshkov, and Diatom Enterprises, which is domiciled in Latvia, with clients both locally and in North America.

AAs an American owning an investment business in a foreign country, I am careful about the partners I choose.
