Upload Basic Information on to learning assistant You will then be assigned an assessor Review the Standards to identify the evidence and knowledge you already have Research the areas you at unfamiliar with and apply the knowledge to your workplace to produce evidence Write a reflective report referencing work based evidence and demonstrating your underpinning knowledge

Evidence that is Valid relate to the requirements of the standard Authentic candidates own work Current recent enough to show candidate still possesses these skills (usually within 2 years ). Sufficient when the quality and quantity of evidence is sufficient to satisfy the assessor that competence has been achieved

Possible evidence presentations, input to in-house conferences, witness testimony from someone you have provided this information to.
