To ensure that you have a fast and stable network, please refer to the following as a
recommended minimum system requirement:
Central Processing Unit (CPU) Intel Core2 Duo P8700/2.5 (3 GHz or above)
System Memory 4GB or above
Hard disk 64GB SATA II SSD (Min. I/O speed of 200MB/s)

Make sure you have a LAN cable connected from the HKBN wall plate/ONT to the WAN port
of your LevelOne Router (WBR-6003). Using a second LAN cable, connect it from the Router
LAN port to the computer LAN port. Once finished, switch on the power supply for the router
and turn on the computer.
Open your Internet browser, and input [http://192.168.1.1 ] into the address-bar then press
[Enter]. Enter [admin] as the default password, click [Login]

Choose [Wizard] and click [Enter]
Click [Next] to begin setup.

Input [admin] under [Old Password]. Create a new password under [New Password] and input
again under [Reconfirm], click [Next].
Choose [Auto Detecting WAN Type], click [Next].

Select [Obtain an IP address from ISP automatically. (Dynamic IP Address)], click [Next].
In the [Dynamic IP Address] page, click [Next] again.

Select [Enable] under Wireless function, then create a [Network ID(SSID)], then choose [Auto]
under [Channel]. Click [Next] to continue.
Choose [WPA-PSK/ WPA2-PSK] under [Security], click [Next].

Choose [ASCII] under [Preshare Key Mode], then create a wireless password under
[Preshare Key], click [Next].
Confirm all settings displayed in the [Summary] page are correct, click [Apply Settings]. The
device will automatically reboot to apply the settings made. Click [Next] then [Finish] to
complete the setup.

After logging in to the router through your browser, select [Advanced Setup] then click [Enter].
Select [Primary Setup] on the left-hand side. Click [Change] under [WAN Type].

Choose [Dynamic IP Address] then click [Save].
Confirm the [WAN Type] that is displayed [Dynamic IP Address] under [Primary Setup] page,
click [Save] to update the settings.

If the device is not accessible from the router setting page, you can reset to the factory default
setting by pressing the reset button:
1. Confirm your TP-LINK router is switched on.
2. Manually reset your router by pushing the button (5 sec) located at the back of device
when power is on
3. Default Setting:
Password IP Address SSID
admin 192.168.1.1 LevelOne
