MOC Part 2
Continuing Medical Education
50 CME hours annuallyMinimum of 30 of these hours must be category 1CME annually
Minimum of 1/3rd must be self assessmentThis is averaged over 3 years
50 hours minimum self assessment in 3 year cycle
MOC year will run July 1 – June 30
Vascular Surgery Certification
Minimum of 50% of total CME must be in Vascular Surgery
Minimum 25 hours annually in vascular
Essentially one vascular meeting a year would fulfill the vascular CME requirement
100% of self assessment CME must be in vascular surgery
