She remains current on all amendments and modifications to the solicitation. In concert with the Capture Manager, Ms. Barrett is proactive in the conceptualization and development of strategic win themes and discriminators and performs quality checks of all proposal sections and volumes. Ms. Barrett also supports industrial level security programs. She conducts and participates in security plans, procedures, and instructions. She is responsible for personnel clearance processing: nominations, tracking, indoctrinations, reporting, debriefs; daily use of personnel clearance data systems (Joint Personnel Adjudication System [JPAS] and guides employees in the use of the DSS e-QIP including professional review of form SF86 prior to submission.

Project Manager, PSI Pax 06/2006- 04/2013Ms. Barrett provided Project Management support to over 50 PSI Pax personnel and HP Site Delivery leads supporting the Navy Marine Corps Intranet, and the Continuity of Services Contract (COSC). She worked with EDS/HP Site Delivery Leads to manage program requirements, staff, control cost and financial tracking. Ms. Barrett maintained, retrieved and analyzed technical and financial program data using HP’s contract management systems eTemp, eLance & SmartLabor as well as EDS/HP preferred system for incident tracking Remedy and then Heat. Ms. Barrett worked with EDS/HP on the initial NMCI, CoSC and the future NGEN contract to determine activity duration, resources, resource breakdown structures and resource hiring strategies. Ms. Barrett provided various methodologies for estimating project schedules and used techniques such as fast tracking, crashing, resource leveling and critical chain method to ensure that the schedule was controlled and project deliverables were on schedule. Ms. Barrett performed qualitative and quantities risk analysis and developed risk response strategies with a focus on disaster recovery. Ms. Barrett ensured that all employees were 8570 Compliant within six months of hire. She developed training programs and processes to ensure that each employee received their Security + certification and all other required training. Ms. Barrett also conducted project meetings, site visits, quarterly individual staff meetings to address goals, personnel performance, ticket counts, SLA’s customer concerns and any other concerns brought to management for action. Ms. Barrett approved all monthly service invoices, MAC’s, Service Request, Software request and any other service to ensure to end user was up and running. Ms. Barrett completed all tech refresh request ensuring that all machines met the requirements for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet.IT/IM Fleet Readiness Center, East (Cherry Point, NC) Ms. Barrett was responsible for overall contract execution. Ms. Barrett maintained a visible and approachable presence with her workforce and the customer. She directed the team, conducted on-site supervision of personnel, interfaced twice weekly by phone with off-site individuals and interacted regularly with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction. She managed monthly security deliverables and prepared the required documents for the government. She was also responsible for performing semi-annual self-inspections. Billing/Office Manager, Alexander Chiropractic Center 10/2000-05/2006Billing/Office Manager – Ms. Barrett motivated and supervised all employees while overseeing operations in two locations; she delegated responsibilities to meet company expectations. She maintained all profit and loss reports, all recorded keeping procedures, all group and employee benefits (health insurance, leave, vacations…), involved in all aspects of hiring, training, coaching for improvement and terminations, yearly performance evaluations, all patient billing, recovery of all bad debts owed, sending bad debts to collection, HIPPA compliance, developed all office and system policies, developed systems for recovery of bad checks, organize all patient charts making sure that proper diagnosis and prognosis were given by the doctor, dictated and type all medical reports, maintained all referrals and authorizations for approval of chiropractic treatment, troubleshot all unpaid claims from several different types of insurance companies along with workers compensation claims and personal injury, sent all insurance claims to numerous insurance companies.
