DESCRIPTION

I am a B.Sc Electronics graduate, trained in Networking, embedded systems, basic computer programming in C and Java.

Had been working in Wipro Technologies since November 2014 as a Network engineer. Undergone Networking Training in Wipro Technologies in Basic networking, CCNA routing and switching, VOIP and also brief training in windows, unix, storage, and database.

I have worked in Wipro in an environment setup with Cisco, Aruba and Alcatel routing and switching, Cisco and Avaya PBX VOIP telephony, thinking phones VOIP, DNS and DHCP management through infoblox , monitoring using solarwinds.

I have worked in the following:

Network Data:

1) Worked with the Cisco router (2800 and 3900 series) and also 7k, 10K and ASR ISP routers.

2) Worked with the multivendor switches (Layer 2 &3) like Cisco, Alcatel & Aruba.

3) Monitoring the MPLS, VPN connectivity of the remote sites and troubleshooting the issue by working with ISP like ATT, Century Link, Level 3 and Verizon.

4) Resolving network issues like Network connectivity, Slowness issues which are raised by the Customer using remedy ticketing tool.

5) Configuring DHCP scope based on requirement.

6) Adding DNS entries and configuring primary and secondary DHCP/DNS servers in Infoblox for all network devices.

7) Managing backup for network devices and restoring it in case of any hardware failure.

1) Avaya PBX: Creating station, Agent ID, assigning skills to it.

2) Managing ISDN PRI T1 connectivity and coordinating with Service Provider for circuit restoration.
