How to register?

Reservation of hotel rooms during SLR 2019 is only possible through the registration site. Accommodation must be fully prepaid by credit card or bank transfer by the time of reservation. Credit card fee as assess by the various credit card companies. Bank transfer fee of DKK 50.

Available dates Rooms are available from June 30 – July 08, 2019. If you need other room categories and/or extra nights than offered, please contact The Meeting Planners at reg@meetingplanners.dk and they will be able to assist you.

Changes & cancellation policy For cancellations or reductions of the hotel made before 30 March, 2019 the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK 350 and any transaction fees which might incur.

Cancellations or reductions made after 30 March, 2019 will only be refunded if the room is re-sold. Reimbursement will be settled after the congress less an administration fee of DKK 350 and any transaction fees, which might incur.
