What we do for your listing1. Listing appointment – meet with sellers and take

closing documents.48. Coordinate use of moving van.49. Do final paperwork at office after closing
(many steps here).50. Keep copy of closing numbers (HUD 1) to mail
to seller at the end of year for tax purposes. (No other companies do this.)

• The exact asking price you select should depend upon how quickly you want your home sold. The lower the price…the faster the sale.
• The more houses for sale (unsold) in your market there are, the more competitively you need to price your home.
• Do not build negotiating room into your asking price. Price your home correctly from the beginning.
