LIVE COMPANY GROUP NOVEMBER 2019 NEWSLETTER - 8TH EDITION Welcome to the November edition of the (now bi-monthly) Live Company Group Newsletter. Winter appears to have arrived rather early for us in the northern hemisphere, so as the cold begins to bite the prospect of a BRICKLIVE in sunny Cape Town is certainly an attractive one. Enjoy the read! NOTES FROM RUTH CUNNINGHAM As Ruth says, it’s been a very busy few weeks since our last Newsletter. We launched the BRICKLIVE Super Series in mid-September 2019 – six BRICKLIVE Shows in six destinations across Europe. Our shows in Liverpool (UK); Brussels (Belgium); Geneva (Switzerland); Toulouse (France); and Birmingham (UK); and the BRICKLIVE Brickosaurs collectively attracted circa 90,000 visitors as of the 15 November and received fantastic reviews. I would like to thank our Team who’ve worked very hard to make this happen. We have also announced the expansion of our IP Partnership with Nickelodeon UK and Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN). Already a significant partnership for the Group in the UK, the expansion will see Nickelodeon-themed tours rolled out across Europe and other territories. Naturally we’re very excited about this. The Group will also have 70 BRICKLIVE events by the end of 2019 which is a huge milestone. Finally, I spent many years working in South Africa and therefore I’m personally delighted that we will be bringing BRICKLIVE to Cape Town in 2020. LETTER FROM THE CHAIRMAN, DAVID CICLITIRA EXPANSION OF THE BRICKLIVE NICKELODEON & NICK JR. THEMED TOURS In November we announced that we had entered into a new agreement with Nickelodeon UK and Viacom International Media Networks (“VIMN”) to exhibit themed tours from the Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. brands in the UK and rest of the world, excluding the United States of America (including Puerto Rico), up to the end of 2024. VIMN, Nickelodeon UK’s parent company, is a division of Viacom Inc. and is home to the leading portfolio of global, multi- platform entertainment brands with channels in over 180 countries and includes iconic brands such as, but not limited to, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, MTV and the Paramount Network. This partnership allows the Group to sell themed tours of very popular kids TV shows, which include PAW Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants and Top Wing amongst many more. Andy Smith, Deputy Chairman, Brick Live Group said: “The initial feedback from our customers of the PAW Patrol BRICKLIVE Tour in Blackburn Town Centre, this summer, has been overwhelmingly positive, so to take that success and expand it on a global platform, is transformational for the Group and the BRICKLIVE brand.” FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT RUTH CUNNINGHAM - [email protected] OR VISIT WWW.LIVECOMPANYGROUP.COM PAW Patrol Marshall’s Fire Truck Model at BRICKLIVE NEC 2019 Copyright © Brick Live Group Limited. ■ BRICKLIVE HITS 70 EVENTS & SHOWS!2019 has been an exceptionally busy year for the Group. When compared to 2018 in which there were 34 BRICKLIVE events globally, in 12 months the number has more than doubled to 70 BRICKLIVE events, a remarkable achievement and a testament to our very talented team who have worked tirelessly to make this happen.

■ BRICKLIVE EVENTS NEAR YOUWITH CHRISTMAS AROUND THE CORNER, THERE IS STILL PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT ONE OF OUR MANY EVENTS PLANNED IN THE UK OVER THIS FESTIVE SEASON, INCLUDING:

IN THE SPOTLIGHTNIK SPARY, SHOWS AND EVENTS MANAGERWHAT IS A TYPICAL WEEK?For me, every week is different. Generally, I will have a number of meetings with the Team going through the logistics and preparation required for our BRICKLIVE shows and events. For our BRICKLIVE shows, the day begins with preparing and setting up the venue for the show, briefing the Team on what needs to occur and the deliveries that have been scheduled for that day. I then ensure the content is unloaded and placed in the correct location, this also includes signage and shell schemes. You’ll usually find me running around with a tape measure to ensure the models, bricks pits and the Show looks the best it possibly can!

When the last guest has left at the end of the day, we will spend a few hours (depending on the size of the show) prepping for the next day, whether it is ensuring brick pits are refilled and cleaned or reorganising the models and zones, there’s always a lot to be done. Each venue is like a blank canvas and after a few days of very hard work, it’s satisfying to see the BRICKLIVE show come to life in its full glory. The BRICKLIVE Super Series was an extremely busy time and the Team were incredibly well organised to manage these events.

WHAT ARE THE KEY OPPORTUNITIES?BRICKLIVE continues to keep growing with the Group delivering 70 events by the end of 2019 in Europe, North America, Asia and South America. It is very easy to understand why the BRICKLIVE brand has become so popular in such a short space of time: our creative content, the interactive features and of course, the very popular brick pits at our shows. So the opportunity is simple, continue to expand and bring the BRICKLIVE brand to new territories globally.

What Is The Most Satisfying Part Of The Job?In a world where everyone, including young children, are so reliant on mobile phones and digital technology, it is very refreshing to see families engage, interact and work together as a team but also with other families to physically build some incredible models in our brick pits. I’m glad BRICKLIVE Shows can create happy memorable experiences for kids and families and are of course, a fun day out.

LIST 3 KEY HIGHLIGHTS• Being live on Japanese TV building an elephant with a very excited and animated TV presenter;• Meeting so many friends along the way, including our partners who are incredible to work with; and• I’ve been lucky enough to visit some amazing venues around the world and sampled some very interesting local dishes!
