If one or two areas are one level below job role requirement (eg E2 when E1 required) offer can be made, subject to achieving required level within probation period
If more that 2 areas are below job role requirement, or one area is more that 2 levels below, then:
If met all other application criteria refer applicant to college/learndirect and give provisional job offer subject to improvement within 6 months
If all other application criteria not met application declined giving feedback inc LLN levels, and guidance on local learning opportunities available
