CP Plus works with a number of local authorities delivering a variety of services that includes multi-story and surface car park management, CCTV monitoring, car park security patrols and lock up/opening routines. We help with marketing initiatives and focused customer surveys aimed at improving the parking environment and the customer experience. By combining our skills and services, the best parking and facilities management services can be delivered. As part of the upgrading process, CP Plus provides the details on the payment equipment for drivers, signage, materials and the overall layout. The company also work to ensure that the car park continues to operate normally whilst the refurbishments are taking place. During the winter months, the company also adhere to the legal obligations when clearing out ice and snow from their car parks. They use gritting as their main form of defence against slippage, as this is one of the best methods of preventing ice-related car accidents in car parks. CP Plus stock up on sand and salt throughout the summer months, so as to ensure that they have sufficient supplies come winter. All of the staff who work for CP Plus are fully trained in how to correctly clear snow, and are provided with grit spreaders for the car parks and surrounding foot paths of the areas which they manage.
