ERS ROLLER CONVEYOR

24 VDC conveyor ERS 51The RollerDrive Conveyor is used with an PLC as transport storage conveyors or zero accumulation pressure storage conveyors. Each drive features a digital interface to an external control (PLC) that protects the RollerDrive from overload. Each RollerDrive is connected via PU round belts or PolyVee belts to the idlers.

400V driven roller conveyor ERS 53The roller conveyor is driven by a 480V gear motor. The drive is a maintenance-friendly construction due to the use of flat belts and automatic belt tensioning.

Smart conveyor ERS 52The internal control of the roller conveyor ensures transport of unit loads with zero pressure accumulation. Each zone is driven by a Rollerdrive, and is connected through a round or Polyvee belt with a specified number of idlers. The zone is controlled by a smartcontrol including sensors build in the aluminium frame.

The ERS roller conveyor has been optimised to transport a great variety of small, light and heavy products like tote and carton types.

The possibility to equip the roller conveyor either with electromechanical or mechanical accumulation modules, depending on the required demands, makes it a very versatile handling device. The strength of the system is the modular principle, each part of the system is set up as a module which is easy to assemble or de-assemble to other modules of the Logic product family.

The system is available in Driven (400V, 24V) or Non driven (gravity)

Gravity conveyor ERS 50The non-driven roller conveyor transports material either manually or over a gradient via gravity. It is mostly used for assembly and picking lines as well as for dynamic storage systems.

Pop upThe pop up diverter, diverts material that should maintain its direction of travel via pivoted rollers. The flow of material remains uninterrupted.

TransferThe Transfer , transfers material from a straight section in a perpendicular direction and can be used both for merging and diver-ting. The electrical or pneumatic stroke of the transfer belt guarantees safe transportation.
