Rub-off est une variété de cuir pigmenté ou la surface est faite plus attractive par l’application de couche supérieur plus foncé qui peut être partiellement enlevé par n gommage (rub-off) pour révéler la couleur de la base. Cet effet est dû à très fine couche supérieure, qui a une durabilité plus limitée. Ce type de cuir est sujet à une évolution de la couleur à l’usage.

Rub-off. Fine corrected grain full pigmented leather with a distinctive two tone classic appearance allowing the base bright colour to show through the dark top coat creating an antique and traditional look often completed with a high gloss finish that substitutes the natural patina from manufacture. This leather doesn’t scratch easily and therefore is recommended

for heavy duty applications. Dark colours may wear off in high used areas by friction.

Rub-off es una variedad de cuero tintado en dos tonalidades en sendas capas de coloración; siendo la última de ellas más fina y oscura para después retirarla parcialmente (rub-off) revelando así el color de la base en las zonas de roce, simulando así el efecto de un Chesterfield usado en el que la parte capitoné siempre permanece más oscura. Se trata de cueros corregidos y

extremadamente resistentes, por lo que resultan ideales para su empleo en hogares y establecimientos hosteleros. Este tipo de cuero está sujeto a una evolución del color con el uso conforme adquiere la patina natural que otorga el paso de los años.

may be evident enhancing its natural beauty.
