PAINTER When you want to paint paint me the sky as blue as it was before people invented smog. When you wish to paint paint me the world with all the children colored in happiness and fun. When you want to paint paint me your eyes draw for me your hands and sign it with your love.

BLUE DREAM Look at this dream. Do you remember it? This dream it’s you, it’s us. It’s the endless blue dream that we’ll dream together for ever, and ever.

DETAIL Give me only a reason to fall in love with you and then I will be yours and you will be my love. Persuade me with a gesture or with any sweet sign and crazy, without thinking I will give you my heart.

COME BACK TO ME I’m going to pray some words from a secret exorcism in an ancient dead language for you to come back to me. I’m going to invoke the thunder the rain, the snow, the wind the lightning and the forest the ground, the sun, the sea. I’m going to burn blue incense and twigs of an olive tree for you to come back for ever and stay always with me.

A DREAM Last night I dreamed of you and I would like to write a poem but... with what words would I describe my dreams if life and pen are not enough to say "I love you".

SURRENDER Because you are my North Star my love, my pretty as you are my only one and all my poetry. Because you are the kiss even beating on my lips and because I am yours as you know you are for me I´ll give to you my soul this day and all my dreams.

DESCRIPTION What can I tell you about me if you know everything. I like to contemplate the moon so high and bright with the Cyclops eye on my forehead and, when I want to, I can fly towards it on a green horse’s back and, when it rains I’m a little golden fish enjoying the fresh water on my face always wet. The landscapes absorb me and with my tender hands I caress the blond wheat fields and the sky delights me when it is clear and blue like your heavenly eyes. I can interrupt the sea when it shows its quiet dreams and I like to stop storms if the lightning rod is me. I prefer to walk in the open air carrying my sadness by its hand and I´m so happy forging verses for you to read and remember me.

HARTFORD CT. I've lost my words in a far country where people speak a language that is not my parents language. I've lost my name my laugh, my faith my memories, my past. I've lost my self my way, my anger and I can't do anything to find me.

SUNDAY This long Sunday makes me think of someone that I don't know that I've never seen whose name I've never knew. In days like this I feel growing the needing of her hands her arms embracing me the emergency of a kiss the needing of a conversation. Sundays like this are long, too long to be alone.

IMMIGRANT I'm not going to cry. Not yet. I'll wait until my heart is plenty of tears because the dreams are dying because the humiliation because my body and soul are feeling tired. I'm not going to cry. Not today, not tonight. Perhaps tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

GRATITUDE This night I want to say Thanks a lot, my good God for this bed, for this blanket and this pillow. Thanks for this room and the light of the sun coming in through the window every morning. Thank You, milord for my feet to walk for my hands to work and thanks, again, for my job. Just between you and me thank You, my God for her eyes and her hair that I can see every day.

COURAGE I don't have the courage of the little chinese that sowed railroads along the far West. I am not so brave like the Okinawa soldiers neither Buffalo Bill nor the Lone Ranger. I just think I'm a man and She is a woman.

RULES How to break the whole rules once and for all. I'm tired to hide my self before the others. I don't want to be any more a small bended shadow. I want to watch my eyes in other eyes without any shyness without any fear to hear a "No". Could you help me to break the whole rules once and for all just saying "Yes"?

WHERE Where are the dreams to dream the lover to love the lips to kiss. Where are the words to write the wings to fly the voice to sing. Where are my heart my youth my faith, my hope my life to live.

OCEAN BEACH, NY. - FIRE ISLAND Good morning, Mister Sea. Do you remember me? It has been a long time without seeing each other. You look the same always so beautiful immense, eternal. Hasn't anybody asked for me? I see. Perhaps nobody knows me or maybe she doesn't remember about the past, about old dreams.
