    With over 30 years of experience designing, producing and executing large scale events for

    both corporate and fan hospitality, SBK Events is excited to be using our expertise to design

    and create your hospitality environment for the 2017 U.S. Open Championship.

    Our team is based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, where we are fortunate to have

    many diverse and international cultures to stimulate our creative palette. We work across

    the country for sports-based clients such as the National Hockey League, Major League

    Baseball and the United States Tennis Association. Additionally, we often partner with many

    of the major movie studios such as Paramount Pictures, DreamWorks, Fox Studios and

    Disney to launch their most current movie offerings and promotional events. Our dynamic

    environments are known for creatively reflecting the corporate brands we represent. These

    have frequently become the seeds of the future trends for corporate marketing initiatives for

    companies such as Lexus, Ford, Chase, American Airlines and Harry Winston.

    OPTION 1SBK Prints and Framed Graphics

    SBK will work with you to determine how best to communicate your corporate brand and messaging through graphic content in yourhospitality tent. SBK can print and frame images and logos in any size and on various substrates.

    Price: Based on selected size and substrate

    As SBK does not provide graphic content, clients are required to provide all content in the following formats:

    Images: 150 dpi at 1:1 scale as a .psd or .tiff file

    Logos: vectorized .eps or .ai file

    The most custom of our graphic options.

    If you choose to purchase the licensing rights to any of the (4) pre-selected Erin Hills Course Beauty Shots from the USGA, SBK is pleased to print, frame and hang these images.

    Recommended Size: 3’ x 4’

    Price: $595 per beauty shot for framing, printing and hanging

    Licensing rights are an additional fee charged by the USGA

    Recommended substrate for signage includes: Foam Core / Gator Board / Ultra Board / Frame It is important to ensure that there is mounting hardware attached to your sign prior to delivery onsite.

    SBK is responsible for hanging any signage or branding on the tent walls.

    Hanging fee starts from $50 per frame based on a 2’ x 3’ image. Larger graphics may be subject to supplemental hanging fees.

    You are most welcome to provide free standing pop up banners at no cost.

    Clients are responsible for all shipping and packaging of graphics post championship.

    WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS AFTER I SEND YOU MY DESIGN IDEAS?

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    SBK will create a Vibe Board, Floorplan and Budget for your review.

    The Vibe Board is a visual representation of your design.

    The Floorplan is a 2D diagram of your tent/suite, including all your design elements.

    The Budget is an itemized breakdown of all décor inclusions within your tent/suite. Any standard package items listed in your budget will be indicated by a $0 amount.

    Trucking, installation, labor and applicable taxes will be added to your budget.

    All items listed in the Lookbook are priced per individual unit.

    CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN FLOWERS OR RENTAL ITEMS?All rentals and florals are supplied solely by SBK.

    If there is a specific décor element that you do not see in the Lookbook, SBK will be glad to research, source or build this element for you.

    SBK has a floral designer and dedicated floral department. Our team can create customized floral arrangements to work within any color palette and décor design. Fresh cut florals are changed out throughout the week of the event to ensure they look as good on championship Sunday as they did at the beginning of the week.

    THE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE – IS THIS THE SAME AS THE DOCUMENT I SENT TO THE USGA?SBK does require a Certificate of Insurance separate from the Certificate for the USGA.

    The SBK Certificate of Insurance requirements include: naming SBK Events, LLC as an Additional Insured and evidencing general liability coverage of $5 million.

    HOW CAN I PAY MY INVOICE?Your invoice can be paid by credit card, wire transfer or check.

    Please see page 32 for all payment details.

    WHAT BRANDING CAN I PROVIDE FOR MY SUITE / TENT? SBK is responsible for hanging all branding and signage in the hospitality tents and suites. Pages 33 and 34 of the Lookbook explain different options for SBK to print, frame and hang custom branding. If you would like to provide your own signage, SBK will be pleased to hang this for you. Please speak with your MSG representative for additional merchandise branding you may want to include in your suite.
