Protein has many advantages, but one of the main advantages is the fact
that your body will use it to refuel your muscles instead of storing it as

something everyone can do as long as they are willing to work hard for

question is “just do it!” but I know many of you will want to hear more
advice than that.
What I would say is set goals. Goal setting is very underestimated these
days, but if you set goals and write them down, that gives you something
to aim for. Also, set a deadline on those goals. When your brain knows
that you have a deadline for something it will push you to reach it.
So when you don’t feel like working out, just read your goals and
remember your deadline. This should motivate you to go hit the gym or
not eat that last piece of cake!
