~ Carol

Are you enthusiastic and friendly? Do you like to share what you are doing with others? If you had instruction, could you break down a process step by step…for instance, how to wash dishes without a dishwasher? Does it make you feel happy to see others fall in love with the craft that has become a passion for you? Do you have as little as three hours a month or as much as three hours a week to earn a little pocket money and a store discount and, best of all, learn some incredible things about yourself? In teaching, we learn the most! If you answered yes…then please consider teaching at Loving Stitches. What you do not know, we will teach you. Students are so appreciative when you share what you know. And you will have the satisfaction that you are passing forward the love of quilting and sewing. Love children? We need you. Interested in teaming with a “modern movement” group? We need you. Just the basics is what you feel most comfortable sharing? We need you? Techniques are your “thing”? We need you. Love organizing or planning for events, tracking details? We need you. The educators we have now have reputations for being excellent instructors but I am about to work them to death! So won’t you consider apprenticing to teach or to jumping right in to the classroom setting? When you come in bring a sample of your work and ideas for what you would like to try to teach. Make an appointment to see Carol.

NOTE: For these positions, you must know basic sewing or quilting. We can teach details but the love of the craft has to be in you already, you understand.
