DESCRIPTION
Kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang cukup lengkap tidak bisa dipungkiri lagi. Yang dimaksud lengkap adalah mereka yang tidak hanya unggul dalam skill/ kemampuan di bidangnya masing-masing namun unggul dalam adaptasi, penempatan diri dan keahlian humaniora, termasuk penguasaan bahasa asing. Bahasa asing yang umum digunakan adalah bahasa Inggris, namun khususnya di perusahaan-perusahaan PMA Jepang, masih banyak yang menuntut staf untuk sedikit banyak menguasai bahasa Jepang, demi kelancaran pekerjaan dan tugas. Kesalahpahaman yang sering dijumpai dikarenakan staf lokal tidak mengerti bahasa Jepang dan hanya mengandalkan bahasa Inggris, sementara di lain pihak staf Jepang menggunakan bahasa Jepang dengan penguasaan yang sangat minim akan bahasa Inggris dan juga bahasa Indonesia.

(Kaiwa) Japanese Language Course is divided into specificity to learn grammar or specificity to
