This accommodation o�ers single, double and twin rooms which are bookable by the room or bed. Prices vary, depending upon the location of the apartment or house share.Houses which are situated further from the centre of London o�er excellent value for money to students on lower budgets. The minimum stay is normally 4 weeks and minimum age is 18.Stays must start and end on Saturdays or Sundays.

APARTMENTS & HOUSE SHARES

Ideally situated in a great zone 2 location, the residence is 5 minutes’ walk to Caledonian Road Underground station (Piccadilly Line) and less than 10 minutes travel to Central London. Woodland Court is only �fteen minutes’ walk from Camden Town, which is famous for its markets, bars, clubs and restaurants. Minimum age 18 yearsWoodland House o�ers single rooms, which include an en-suite shower room and study area, and shared kitchen and living area. There is a student lounge with a wide screen TV. Other facilities include an on-site laundry, bike storage and secure door entry with 24 hour reception. Furniture is modern in style and each bedroom features a large 3⁄4 bed. Bedding and linen is provided on arrival, but students are advised to bring their own bath towels. Students are responsible for cleaning their own bedroom and bathroom and laundering their bed linen. Utility bills, including internet access, are included in the rate.
