• Meeting called to Order - 7:30PM by Nick Marano

• PurposePurpose of the meeting is to elect a new Lynnfield Little League Board of Directors for theupcoming (2015) Little League Season

• Vote To Accept New Board MembersThe following individuals were present and voted onto the Lynnfield Little League Board ofDirectors for the upcoming season:

~ Billy Giannasca~ Steve Bond~ Dave Calvani~ Nick Marano~ Glen Grabau~ Rob Higdon~ AI Fiore~ Jimmy Delaney~ Drew Lucich~ Anthony Martinho~ Tom Pascuccio~ Robert Tashjian~ Walter Radulski~ Matt Monkiewicz~ Brian Caulfield

The following members were absent from the meeting but expressed an interest in participatingand were also voted on.

~ Rob Gizmunt~ Jeff Mullin~ Mike Bolger

• The new board of directors consisting of 18 members was voted on unanimously.

Next meeting will be to elect formal positions onto the Board. We are tentatively scheduling themeeting for next Thursday, October 23, 2014. A notice will be sent out via email.
