1 Job Title Multi-Skilled Maintenance Team Member Job Level 5 Location Dufftown Business Unit Distilling & Technical Function Maintenance Leader Colin Bone People Leadership No Role Purpose To provide technical expertise to ensure maximum efficiency and performance from engineering assets and delivery of the site Maintenance and Engineering strategy. This will involve carrying out planned, allocated electrical/mechanical/instrumentation tasks in relation to fixed and mobile plant assets and facilities maintenance incorporating the safe maintenance, service, inspection and repair of all listed equipment within the boundaries of recognised best practice and all applicable legislation. Responsibilities To provide specialist technical support to ensure maximum efficiency from production and engineering assets, ensuring planned, predictive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed as scheduled. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety & environmental legislation, safe systems of work and documented procedures during all work activities. Build and maintain key relationships with all customers ensuring a high level of Customer Service at all times in accordance with Service Level Agreements. To drive and support team based improvement projects and actively participate in advanced analysis of plant and equipment failures (e.g. Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/FMECA etc) and agree action plans Ensure timely effective response to unplanned breakdowns, undertake root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions wherever possible, focusing on more complex and highly technical activities. Ensure that all appropriate maintenance and technical records including plant history are updated as required using CMMS and that all maintenance planned activities are executed in a timely manner. Ensure that all data in relation to Electrical & Mechanical maintenance, inspection, verification and repair activities undertaken is recorded in the site CMMS (IFS) for KPI and reporting purposes. To develop and maintain the appropriate competence levels to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Ensure that all appropriate Electrical and Mechanical maintenance and technical records including plant history are updated as required using the CMMS and that all maintenance planned activities are executed in a timely manner. Role Purpose

Comply with all legislative requirements associated with a top tierCOMAHH site. Undertake appropriate training to ensure all sitehazards are understood and risks are identified and mitigated.

2. ContinuousImprovement / 5s

Understand the trigger points for conducting an RCA. Commencethe RCA process within the parameters of the service levelagreement and apply realistic timelines for agreed correctiveactions. Complete corrective actions on time in full.Apply innovative solutions to eliminate plant and equipmentfailures. Understand the methodology of 5s and maintain a highlevel of workplace housekeeping.

3. Adherence toMaintenance Plan

Ensure all planned work is completed on time in full. This willinclude all planned preventative maintenance tasks, correctivemaintenance tasks. All time taken for the tasks, materials requiredand spares used must be recorded in the CMMS system (IFS )

4. MTBF / MTTM Actively drive initiatives to Increase MTBF and reduce MTTM. Assistin the creation of appropriate and effective planned preventativemaintenance schedules.

Skills and Qualifications:Essential:

Time served electrician, preferably in an industrial maintenance function. Multi-Skilled in Mechanical engineering to SVQ level 3.

Full U.K. Driving Licence.

Desirable: Competent welder.

Understanding of Instrumentation to include flowmeters, level & temperature probes Understanding of pneumatic systems and controls.
