As data input completes. the bit head moves in the direction of DX(Daxis) and DY(Y-axis) corresponding to the value entered.Bit head moves O.lmm when numeric value 1 is entered. The minimum valueto be able to enter is 0.25 and the bit head moves 0.025mm correspondingly.

Rotating angle is entered in A. The bit head rotates 0.20 when minimumnumeric value 0.2 is entered. And the dierection of bit rotation isclockwise looking from the bit toP.

Fig 3Behavior of a plug

The main body and the controller must be placed on the ground.

2. PneumaticsPneumatics in the air tubes of the machine shall be kept 5.5kg/cm 2

at a minimum. A minimum of pneumatics at the inlet of the tube shall

NOT be less than 5.5kg/cm 2•

Dry air is ONLY available in the machine.Dust and powder in the air may cause the mulfunction of the machine.

There are 3m of a air tube 81> in diameter equipped with the machine, but is NOT a quick joint at the end of the tube. It is because the

setting condition at a factory is different from each other.

A atandard model of the KOGANEI quick joint 81> in diameter should

be recommended. When nessesary to connect to the longer distance than the standard,

a tube of the same diameter as such is good for the operation, butthe narrower than standard is NOT suitable .

3. Operating principle

The board is backed up by a board-shaped supporter and pushed at the side

to the fixed guide rail on the first sensor by the variable guide rail, being fixed not to play.

After finishing mounting, the board is sent to the next station with the

board stopper turned down. As the second sensor make sure the board to

pass, the stopper returns status quo ante which is uP.

4. AdjustmentAdjust the width of the guide rails on the loader by loosening the handle

at each station under the loarder (see figure) in accordance with the

width of the board.

The range of side play can be accepted within O.5mm~O.lmm.

Be sure the board to be loaded stably and not to deviate from the belt.

After finishing the adjustment, fasten the handle tightly.Confirm to set the board stably at a right angle against the line.

does not play on the loader.

Vary the space between the two pushers in accordance with the length

of the P.C.B (the print circuit board).Control the board loading speed in your disposal by using the speedcontroller.

Turning the speed controller in the clockwise direction will make

the acting speed faster,

Note : Be sure to lock the cassette tightly.

The poor insertion of the cassette may result in missing

Be sure the following procedure as below, inputting the mounting data

using camera in tasks teaching method

a. Put the pick-up point deta in the main storage of the CPU, monitering

b. To register a coordinates position in the main storage, push the Q-key

on the control unit.

c. Confirm the actual part center by using the function-key F5, the way

which the actual center on the screen is superposed on the inputcoordinates position on the monitor screen.

5. Caution

a. DO NOT open the cover of the camera control unit. This may result in

an electric shock or some other accidents.b. DO NOT give a camera or a control unit to a heavy shock or a strong

vibration. This may result in the failure of their actions.

c. DO NOT turn the camera eye toword excessively intense light.

The intensity of light such as a spotlight may result in blooming

or smear on the monitor screen.

d. Also intense light may have the screen emerged vertical stripes, but it is not the fault.

e. DO put "OFF" the main swich, when plug IN/OUT the interconnecting

cable of the camara at the connecter on the control nuit.

f. When cleaning the camera body, DO out OFF the main swich, and wipe

the camera body with a dry cloth. And remove the tough stain from

it with a cloth soaked with synthetic detergents. DO use a sheet oflens cleaning paper (applicable to glasses or cameras) to clear the

lens of the camera.

g. DO NOT change the level of trimmers and switches, which are properly

set at the factory.
