10.17 Academic Sessions

Examination system, Year / Sem Semester System

Period of declaration of results with in two months from the conduct of last

examination.

10.18 Counseling / Mentoring Every 15 students are mentioned by a counselor who

will address their personal problems.

Career Counseling Frequent career counseling are conducted both by our

faculty and industry experts.

Medical facilities

Both male and female doctors visiting our campus

twice in a week. In addition first aid kits and

medicines are kept available in college, hostel and in

sports campus.

Student Insurance Students group insurance scheme is in effect.

10.19 Students Activity Body

Cultural activities

Fine arts club functioning in our college which will

conduct various cultural events and the winners are

awarded with prizes, cash award, medals.

Sports activities

Our college is equipped with all indoor and outdoor

games facilities for (Snookers, Squash, Table Tennis,

Caroms, Chess, etc.,) (Horse riding, Swimming pool,

Foot Ball, Hockey, Cricket, Lawn Tennis, Volley Ball,

Basket Ball, etc.,) the events take place round the

year and the winners are awarded with prizes, medals,

scholarships etc.

Literary activities

“Library Club” is functioning in our college which

encourages the students to present their talents in

various literary events.

Magazine / Newsletter Proposed to be released

Technical activities / TechFest

International Conference, Technical Symposium,

workshop, etc. are conducted both individually and

jointly by the departments.

Industrial Visits / Tours Students undertake industrial visit at least twice in a

semester based on their curricularam requirements.
