andWhyIt'sNotAlwaysEasy

Tomanifest, in themetaphysical sense, is to bring things into your life through your intention andmarvelouspowersofthemind.

Manifestingcouldtaketheformofconcretethingslikeacquiringacar,ahouseormoney.Itcouldtakethe form of life-changing situations such as a new career, a healthy relationship or the restoration ofwellness.

It is said that truemasterscanmanifest things instantly—materializing themoncommand.Thismaysoundhardtobelieveuntilyouconsiderthatsinceweuseonlyabouttenpercentofourbrains,imaginewhattheremaining90%mightallowusdo.

Ifsomepeoplehavediscoveredwaystoactivatesomeoftheunusedportionsofthebrain,isitsofar-fetchedtothinkthatitmightempowerthemtomanipulatematterandenergy?

However,for thegreatmajorityofuswhoarenotyetmasters, theprocessofmanifestingisslowerandsubtler.Forinstance,insteadofmaterializingsomedesirableobjectoutofthinair,weattractitintoourlivesovertimebyoureffortsandaseriesof“lucky”coincidences.

Becausetruemastersofmanifestationdonotadvertizethemselves,theyareunknowntomostofus.Sotheideaofmanifestingissometimesridiculedbypeoplewhobelieveonlyinthematerialworldandwhattheirsensesandtheirinstrumentsreport.Theybelievethatmindandconsciousnessarethebyproductsofthe physical brain. Because they cannot see non-physical dimensions with their eyes or with theirinstruments,theyconcludetheydon’texist.Theybasicallybelieve“whatyouseeiswhatyouget.”

Thosewho understand and believe inmanifestation abilities and the Law of Attraction think verydifferently.We believe that our senses and scientific instruments are not reporting the whole story ofreality.

Webelievethatnothingbeginsonthelevelofthephysicalplane—thatthereisaninvisiblecausetoeveryobjectandoutercircumstance.

WebelievethatThoughtistheinvisiblecauseofallthereis,andthatThoughtandMindexistindependentlyofthebrain.

Thebrain,wecontend,isamiraculous,living,mechanicalinterfacebetweentheinnerplanesofMindandThoughtandthephysicalworld.

Throughpersonalexperimentsdoneinthelaboratoryoflife,wehavecometoknowthatourthoughtscananddoshapeourouterlivesandcircumstances.

BymoldingourinnerworldofThoughtintoamoredesirableone,weareconfidentthattheouterworldwillconformtoourinnerchanges.

Ifyoubelievethataswell,youwillfindtheinformationinthisbookhelpfulandilluminating.

ManifestingVs.GoalFulfillment

Some people think thatmanifesting is exactly the same thing as setting a goal and taking action tofulfillit.Whilethereissomeoverlap,theyarenotthesamething.Let’ssettherecordstraight.

Certainlywhenwesetourmindsonagoalandgoforthtofulfillit,wearemanifestingourdesire.Forinstance,ifIhaveadesireforacupofcoffeeandIgotoStarbucksandpurchaseit,Ihavefulfilledmygoaland,inaverybasicsense,manifestedthatcupofcoffee.Goalfulfillmentandmanifestationarenotmutuallyexclusive.

Butwhenwe talk aboutmanifesting,we refer to fulfilling adesirewithout an immediatemeansoffulfillment.We’retalkingaboutcallinguponthepowersofthemindandusingthehelpoftheUniversetobringabouttheobjectorconditionwedesire.Here’sanexample.IfIhadnomoneytopurchaseacupofcoffeeatStarbucks, I couldusemymanifestationability to fulfillmydesire.Thecoffeemightbecomemineinanumberofunexpectedwaysorcoincidences.

For instance, I might suddenly run across a coupon for a free cup of coffee at Starbucks in anewspaper.OrImighthaveafriendunexpectedlytextandoffertotreatmethere.Whenmanifestation,inthissenseoftheword,isatworkthere’snotellingexactlyhowthemeansoffulfillmentmightshowup!

Toshowyouhowgoal-settingandmanifestationmightworktogether,imagineI'mgettingthatcoffee(again) and,outof theblue, a stranger in lineoffers topay itwith anactof randomkindness.Here, IhelpedtomanifestitbytakingthelogicalactiontowardthefulfillmentofmydesirebyjustshowingupthereandlettingtheUniversestepintomanifestitformethroughthatfriendlystranger.Thishasactuallyhappenedtomemanytimes.It'sagreatwaytomanifestsomething.

ManifestingforLazyDaydreamers?

Manifestationdetractorsthinkthatpeoplewhoseektotapintothoseabilitiesfeelpowerless.Ortheyarejustdreamers.Ortheywantsomethingwithoutdoingtheworkfirst.Thosedetractorsaremissingthepointentirely.

Manifestingisaboutrecognizingandmaximizingafacultyofthehumanmindtodrawwhatweneedtoourlives.Whyusesheerwillpowerandthe“sweatofourbrow”tofulfillourdesireswhenwehavethefacilitywithinustogetwhatwewantfasterandeasier?

Self-madewealthypeopleoften advise: “Work smarter, notharder.”Whichofuswants to take thelong,hardpathfullofobstacleswhenwecouldchooseasafeshortcut?

Manifestingdoesn’talwaysruleouthardworkhowever.Itcannotgiveyoutheknowledge,skillsortrainingyoudonothave.Forexample,sayyouwanttobecomeadoctor:Youaregoingtohavetogotoschoolandtrainlongandhardforit.Nogettingaroundthat.

However,ifyoudon’thavethemoneytopayforthatpost-graduateeducationyoucouldmanifesttheopportunitiestodoso.

ThePrimaryManifestingFormula—"Future-SelfManifesting"

Thebasicformulaformanifestingwhatyouwantissurprisinglysimple:

Communicatetheimageofyourfocuseddesiretoyourinnermindalongwithampleenergyandpositiveemotion,andletyourmindmanifestthatforyou.

In addition, it is widely accepted that a great way to stimulate the inner mind to manifest is tovisualizeyourdesireasbeingpartofyourcurrentreality.Inotherwords,youwouldimaginethatwhatyouwantisalreadyrealasyouconjurethesatisfactionyouwouldfeelonceyou'veachievedit.IcallitFuture-SelfManifesting.

WhyManifestingIsn'tAlwaysEasy

Theformulaaboveissoundandworksremarkablywell.But,assimpleasitis,consistentlyattractingwhatyouwantisnotalwayseasy.Herearesomereasonswhy:

1.Counterproductivebeliefs

Manydon’tdowellwiththebasicmanifestationformulabecausetheyhavebeliefsandattitudesthatinterfereorevennegatetheirmanifestationefforts.Thosebeliefsmustbechangedsothemindandemotionsareclearedfromdesiresthatblockmanifesting.

2.Insufficientenergy

Manifestingandattracting thingswith themindoftenrequiresasurplusofvitalenergy(akachi,prana).Whensomeoneperformsmanifestationtechniqueswithoutanadequatesupplyofthisenergy,itfailstoproduceresults.

3.Negativeemotions

Emotionshavetremendouspowertoattractcircumstancestous.Thefailuretogeneratepositiveemotionsandtoeliminatenegativeemotionsisoftenresponsibleforundesirablemanifestationresults.

4.Poorvisualizationskills

Mostpeoplearenotverygoodatvisualizing.Toholdasingleimageinyourmindwithoutbreaksinconcentration isquiteamental feat. Ifyoudon’tbelieveme, then tryasimpleexperiment:closeyoureyesandpicturearedapple.Noticehowquicklytheimagechangesinsize,shape,colororeveninto something completely unrelated to an apple at all. If you are observant and honest, you willdiscoverthatclearandconsistentvisualizationtakestremendouspractice.Canitbedone?Ofcourse!Butmanypeopledon’thave the timeorpatience for it.And this isone reason they fail toproduceresultswiththebasicformulaofmanifestation.

5.Noaction

Someenthusiastsbelievethatallthatisrequiredtomanifesttheirdesiresistheperformanceofafew techniques ormeditations. Sometimes that is true.But inmost cases, taking action toward themanifestationgoalisrequired.

Allofthesechallengeswillbeaddressedinthisbook.

CHAPTERTWOTheMightySubconscious:YourKeytoManifestation

“KnowThyself”isanaxiominscribedintheouterportalattheTempleofDelphiofancientGreece.Whenitcomestounderstandingtherulesofmanifestationandhowtheyapplytoyou,thosewordscarrygreatimportance.

Allthebooksintheworldcombinedwouldnotbeenoughtoexplainwhoandwhatyouarebecauseyou are wonderfully complex. But some absolute basics must be mentioned about two aspects ofconsciousnessandhowtheyrelatetoyourpowertomanifest.

The two aspects are theConsciousmind and the Subconscious.Here is a quick overviewof theirfunctions:

1.TheConsciousMind

Thisisthepartofthemindthatdirectsandfocusesyourattentionandyourabilitytoreason.Itisthepartofyoupayingattentionrightnowtothesewordsasyoureadthem.Intellectandtosomeextenttheemotionsarefacultiesoftheconsciousself.

2.TheSubconsciousMind

Thisisthepartofthemindthatfunctionslargelybelowthesurfaceofyourawareness.Thatmeansweareusuallynotawareofitsactivities.Yetitcontrolsourheartbeats,digestionsandbreathing.Itholdsyourmemoriesandbehavioralpatterns.Anditdoesnotsleep—ever.Allofyourperceptions,bothphysicalandmental,passthroughitontheirwaytoyourconsciousawareness.

Ofthesetwopartsofthemind,themorecrucialaspecttounderstandisthesubconscious.Itisthepartof you thatmanifests your body and your circumstances! It is also the filter ormediator for all of theaspects of yourmind. It is themessenger for your conscious awareness. Everything that you come torecognizeconsciouslydependsonhowandwhatyoursubconsciousrelaystoyou.

Thesubconsciousiscomplex,tobesure.However,howitdoesthesethingsisnotimportant.Justasyou don’t have to be amechanic to drive a car, you do not need to understand how the subconsciousperformsitsfunctionstogetthethingsyouwant.

Butthereareacoupleofthingsyoushouldknowabouthowthesubconsciousbehavessothatyoucanformulategoodstrategiesformanifestingwhatyouwant:

1.Thesubconsciousisopentosuggestioncomingfromtheconsciousmind.

Thismeansyoucanguideyoursubconsciousinawaythatmakesyouhappyandhealthy.Infact,it’sveryimportantthatyoudosobecausethesubconscioustendstofollowthelawofinertia:Ifnonewdirectionsaregiventoit, thesubconsciouswillcontinuetofollowwhateverideaorpatternof

behavior is already in place.When you decide that there needs to be a change in your life, yoursubconsciouswillgotoworktomanifestit.

2.Thesubconsciousiswhatbuildsyourbodyandenvironment.

Itiswhatmakeseverythingmanifest.Itistherealdoeroftheworkthatneedstobedone.Andithasaccesstoresourcesofwhichyouareconsciouslyunaware.Itrememberseverythingyouhaveeversaidordone,andhasaccesstothethoughtsandemotionsofotherpeopleandtotheAkashicrecords.ItisverymuchlikeamagicalGenieoftheLamp.

Onceyousubmitaclear,precisesuggestiontoyoursubconscioustomanifestsomethingitimmediatelygoestoworktoaccomplishit.Ittakestheimageandintentionofwhat

youwantandharnessesitspowersandstorehouseofsupplytobringittoyou.

Therefore,youandIalreadyhavetheequipmentforgettingwhatwedesire.WehavetheGenieofthelampatourdisposal.

However,wemustall learnhow tocarefullycraftwhatwe tellour subconsciousminds todo.Wemustpresentpureandnon-contradictory imagesand intentions rather thanvagueorconfusingones.Wemust conveypositiveemotions toprovide the subconsciouswithpropermotivation.Becausewhateverwefeel,oursubconsciousfeelsittoo.Soifwe’rehappyandexcitedaboutwhatitwillfeelliketofindourperfectmate,togetthatnewjob,ortogoonthatvacationtoItaly,thenoursubconsciouswillalsobehappyandexcited.

Ifwedon’tbelievethatwe’lleverseeItalyinperson,ifwethinkwe’renotsmartenoughtolandthathigh-payingjob,or ifwefeelwearenot lovableenoughtoattractagoodlover, thenthesubconsciouswillmanifestthoserealitiestoo!

Youmightsaythatyoursubconsciousisextremelysensitivetoyoureverythought,motiveandfeeling.It knowswhat you really think about yourself and how you believe theworldworks. That’swhy it’snecessarytoevaluateandmodifyyourthoughts,wordsandfeelingssoyougetwhatyouwant.

CHAPTERTHREEHowBeliefsImpactYourAbilitytoManifest,andWhatYouCanDo

AboutIt

Inthischapter,we’lldiscusstheimportanceofyourbeliefsandhowtheyimpactwhatyoumanifest.I’ll also provide some strategies and techniques for making those necessary changes to your beliefstructures.

First of all, what are beliefs? Simply put, beliefs are ideas, principles and often unsubstantiatednotions about things like who we are, how the world works and the meaning of Life. They are theoperatingsystemsofyourmindanddeterminethequalityandstructuresofwhatyoumanifest.

Eachofuslivesinourownworldofbeliefs.Whetherwepickedupourbeliefs inourchildhoods,from our religion, our school teachers or from our own life experiences, we base our beliefs on ourpreconceivedlimitsaboutreality.

Ourbeliefsrepresentourperceptionsofthewaythingsare.And,justasaperson’seyesightorhearingcanhavelimitationsorbeimpaired,ourperceptionsofrealitycanbeextremelylimitedorbeimpaired.

Itisnotmyobjectivetotellyouwhetheryouarerightorwrongaboutanyoftheassumptionsyouhavemadeaboutyourbeliefs.Ialsodon'twanttotellyouhowtoliveyourlife.Iwanttocallattentiontohowyourbeliefsimpactwhatandhowyoumanifest.

Beliefsthatsupportandencourageyoutorecognizeyourownpowerandyourrighttowielditarebeneficialandshouldbeadopted.Beliefsthatholdyoubackarenot

beneficialandshouldbemodifiedorevendiscarded.

Takea lookatyourbeliefs andconsiderwhether theyhelporhinder the joyful expressionofyourmanifestationabilities.Thiscanbeaparticularlydifficulttaskbecausewetendtodefendourperspectiveofrealityandignoreorrationalizenewinformationthatcontradictsit.It’sthemind’swayofsustainingtheillusionofstabilityandsecurityinanever-changingworld.Whilethisisunderstandable,itcangetinthewayofcreatingthelifeyoureallywant.

HowtoChangeaBelief

Tochange abelief, youhave to first challenge it.Consider taking an approach similar towhat theauthorByronKatierecommends.Askyourselfthesethreequestions:

1:CanIknowwithabsolutecertaintythatthebeliefistrue?

2:WhatdoIfeelwhenIthinkaboutthatbelief?

3:InwhatwayswouldmylifebedifferentifIdidn’tbelievethat?

For example, there was a time when I believed I was not a good enough writer to get my workpublished.Tochallengethisbelief,IaskedmyselfifIknewforsurethatmywritingwasn’tgoodenough.TheanswerwasnobecauseIhadn’tpresentedmywritingtoanyoneinthepublishingindustry.Therewasnocertaintyaboutthatlimitingbeliefaboutmywriting.

WhenIthoughtabouthowIperceivedmywriting,itmademefeelthatworkingonmymanuscriptwasawasteoftime.Itmademefeelhopelessaboutmydesiretoseemyworkinprint.Italsokeptmefromfinishingmyfirstbook.

When Iaskedmyselfhow lifewouldbedifferentwithout thatbelief, IknewIwouldbeexcited toexpressmyself inwriting inmyownway. Iwouldbehappy tohavepublishersandagents lookatmywork.Icouldenvisionpeoplebeinghelpedbymybooks.

Andwith thosepositive thoughts, Ibegan to feelempoweredenough tohaveabrandnewsenseofpossibilitywithmywriting.

OnceIwentthroughthisprocess,Ifinishedmyfirstmanuscriptandsubmittedit.Withinaveryshorttime,twopublishinghousesmadeanoffer.

Ironically,theeditorscomplimentedmeonthesimplicityandclarityofmywriting!Sobychallengingmyoldbeliefandremovingit,IclearedthewayformanifestingwhatIwanted.

Tomanifestyourdreams,itmaytakeabitofsoul-searchingtouncoverthebeliefsthatmaybeholdingyouback.Butit’swellworththetrouble.Ipromise.

FiveBeliefsthatNotoriouslyBlockManifestation

Beloware fivecommonbeliefs thatcanblockyourmanifestationefforts.Read themandreallyaskyourself ifyoubelieve them.Aftereachbelief, I’veofferedsome ideasmeant tochallengeyouasyouremoveeachbelief:

*BlockingBelief#1:“Idon’tdeservetomanifestwhatIwant.”

Thisideaisfrequentlyattachedtofeelingsofguiltabouthavingwrongedpeopleinthepast.Or,itcan take on a religious form of believing you are a “sinner” or you’ve “sinned” against God orhumanity.Feelingguiltyorsinfulcanseriouslyhamperyourmanifestationpowers.

One way to deal with guilt is to make amends to the person you have harmed. If that is notpossible,thenconsiderdoingsomecharityworkto“balancethescales.”Ifyoufeelyouhavesinned,confessittotheDivineandaskforforgiveness.

Peoplewhoputyoudown,pullyou intogossiporarguments,orwhoexhaustyouafterdealingwiththemareactuallytakingyourvitalenergyfromyou.

It’seasytofigureoutwhotheyare.Afterbeingwithsomeone,askyourselfwhetheryoufeeltiredordrained.Theeasiestthingtodoaboutitistoavoidthemorlimityourexposuretothem.

2.Anger,fear,depression

HowFeelingsImpactYourManifestationsandHowtoHarnessThem

Manyof the thoughtswehavegenerateemotional reactionsandresponseswithinus.Someof thosegeneratedemotionsmaybeverymild,whileothersmaybequitestrong.

Thoughtschargedwithstrongemotionareparticularlypowerfulatattractingthingstous,forbetterorworse. When you think and feel something, vital energy is used and vibrates on the inner plane ofmanifestation.

Whateverisverysimilartothequalityofthatvibrationbeginstoresonateinsympathywithwhatyouarethinkingandfeeling.That"sympatheticvibration"attractsthosethingsontheinnerplane.Andthosethingseventuallyshowupinyourouterlifeinvariousforms.

Theymightshowupasasuddenchangeincircumstance,goodorbad“luck,”opportunitiesordelays,goodorpoorhealthconditions,orthewayotherpeopletreatyou.

Itiscrucialthatyoulookatandcontrolyourthoughtsandemotionssoyougeneratethevibrationstoattractthethingsyouwantandrepelthethingsyoudon’twant.

Itshouldbeobviousthatifweallowourselvestogeneratenegativethoughtsandemotions,wewillattractthenegativethingsthatresonatewiththem.Whenweproducehappythoughtsandfeelings,wecanexpectdesirablecircumstancestomanifestforus.

Obviously, the key is to reduce the intensity and quantity of negative thoughts and feelings and toincreasethosebeneficialones.Beingsuccessfulwiththiscantakesomeworkandintrospectiononyourpart.

Butthegoaldoesn’thavetobetoturnyouintosomeonewhonevergetsupsetorisalwaysinagoodmood.Wearehumanafterall,andwearegoingtohavegoodandbadmoments.

It’sperfectlyacceptableandwisetoletyourselffeelwhateveritisyoufeel.Suppressingunpleasantemotions isn’t the answer, because that could lead to a variety ofmental and physical problems.Andforcingyourselftobeinagreatmoodwhenyou’renotispointlessandexhausting.

Instead,amoresuitablegoalistonoticeyourthoughtsandemotionsthroughMindfulness.

Mindfulnessisachievedbyfocusingyourattentiononthepresentmoment,andacknowledgingandacceptingwhatyouareexperiencing.

Onceyoubecomeawareofourownbehavior, itbecomespossibletoprovideourselveswithsomeself-talktogentlycontroloropposenegativityandtocultivatepositivity.

ControlYourThoughtsandEmotionswithThisStrategy

OneofthemosthelpfulstrategiesI’vefoundfordealingwithmyownthoughtsandemotionsistostopdirectlyidentifyingmyselfnegativelywithtroublingthoughtsandemotions.Instead,Itakeastepbackandconsider thatmy core andTrueSelf is unflappable and calm. I do this by drawing a slowbreath andsilentlysayingtomyself,“Iamnotmythoughts.Iamnotmyemotions.”

Thatway I seemy thoughts and emotions aswhat I amexperiencing rather thanwhatdefinesme.Afterall,ourthoughtsandemotionsaresubjecttochange.

Thoughtsandemotionsarenot“fixed”states.It’slikebeingtheriderofachariotwhohashishorsesgetspookedandstartstolosecontrolofthem.Theridergetscaughtupinthemayhem,andstartstopaniclosingcontrolofthechariot.

Toregaincontrolandmanifestpositivecalminhisteamofhorses,theriderneedstoquicklyaffirmthatheisnottheteamofhorsesnorishethechariot.Hewillusehisreinsandhiscalm,strongvoicetocalmthehorsesandgetthechariotundercontrol.

Likethecharioteer,wecanuseourmindstoseeourthoughts,ouremotionsandevenourbodiesasvehicles(and,tosomeextent,asservants).Whentheyareoutofcontrolortroubled,wehavetheabilityto soothe, comfort and redirect them so that they take us in the right direction—toward the life andcircumstanceswetrulywanttomanifest.

As you become mindful of any negative thoughts and emotions as they happen, you can regaincomposureandcontrolbyrepeatingtoyourself,“Iamnotthesethoughts.Iamnottheseemotions.”

Withasmallbitofpractice,youwillbecomemasterfulatreturningtoastateofcalm.Andasaresult,youwillminimizeunpleasantmanifestationsthatmayresult.

FiveEmotionsThatFuelUnfortunateManifestations

There are several emotions that canmanifest a great deal of havoc in our lives if left unchecked.Everyattemptshouldbemadetobecomemindfulofthemastheyoccurandtotakestepstochangethem.Belowarefiveemotionswhichcanbecomeparticularlytroublesome:

1.SelfPity

Thismaybethemostinsidiousone.Whenwefeelsorryforourselves,whenwehavethe“poorme”attitude,wecarryaround the thoughts that theUniverse(orGod,orLife) isagainstusandhasgivenusanunfairdeal.Thisvictimmentalityhastheeffectofattractingpeopleandcircumstancesthatconfirmourbeliefinthatvictimhood.

Youcancounterthatselfpitybyrepeatingstatementslike:

“Thechallengesoflifemakemestronger.”

“TheUniverseisonmysidedespitetheappearanceofsetbacks.”

“Ihavealottofeelgoodaboutmyselfandmylife.”

2.PerpetualAnger

There are good reasons to sometimes get angry and express it. But that is very different fromwalkingaroundinastateofperpetualangerorlosingyourtemperattheslightestinconvenience.

Peoplewhoareangryallthetimeharborresentmenttowardotherpeople,institutions,oreventoGodortheUniverse.Thisputsupametaphorical,invisiblebarrierofspikesanddrivespeopleandfavorablesituationsawayfromyou.

Youcancounterthatangerbyrepeatingaffirmationslike:

“IforgiveallwhoIfeelhavewrongedmeandIreturntoastateofpeace.”

“IreleaseangersothatImaydirectmyenergytowardmanifestinghappinessandlove.”

3.Fear

While fear is something thatcansaveour liveswhenwesensedanger,prolonged fearputsourbodies ina fight-or-flight stress responseandactuallydraws tous thevery thingweareafraidof.That’s becausewe are continuously generating an image of the thingwe fear. Sowe inadvertentlycharge the image with a powerful emotion which has the unfortunate effect of manifesting thatfearsomething.

Youcanaddressfearwithstatementslike:

“Irelaxandfaceeachdayasitcomes.”

“Ihandleallthatcomesmywaywithstrengthandintelligence.”

4.Doubt

Whenitcomestousingmanifestationtechniques,doubtisdetrimental.Itsometimestakesontheformoftryingtoohardtoattractwhatyouwant.Thosewhofeeltheneedtopushtheirsubconscioustomanifesttheirdesiresgetnoresults—ortheymightevenattractthereverse.

Thebestwaytodissolvedoubtistolearnallyoucanaboutmanifestationandthelawofattractionandbeginwithsmallexperimentsthatwillfosterconfidenceinyourabilitytomanifest.

5.Guilt

Guilt is not simply remorse. It carries with it the idea that there is a debt to be paid or apunishmentbecauseofsomeperceivedtransgressionagainstapersonoraDeity.Releasethisemotionbyaskingforforgiveness(ifpossible)towhomeveryoufeelthedebtisowed.Ifthatisimpossible,confessyourremorsetoapersonintheclergyortotheDivineandperformanactofcharitytomakeupforyourtransgression.

SixPositiveEmotionsforManifestingandHowtoGenerateThem

There are several emotions that are very beneficial for manifesting pleasurable conditions andcircumstances.Themoretimeyoucanspendgeneratingandperpetuatingthesesixpositiveemotionstates,thebetter.Heretheyare:

1.Love

Thisemotionismulti-facetedandhastremendouspowertoattractgoodthingsandcircumstances.Itisessentiallyafeelingofcareanddeepconsiderationforsomeoneorsomething.Itcanbedeeplypersonal,suchas loveforamateor family.Or itcan takeonamore transpersonalquality,suchasloveforhumanity,natureortheDivine.Loveissopowerfulthatitcaneveneasebadkarma.That’sonereasonwhytheBiblesaysthat“Lovecoversamultitudeofsins.”Simplyput,themoreloveyoufeelandradiate,themoreloveyouwillgetback.

2.Appreciation

Whenweappreciatesomething,weholditinhighregardandwearegratefulforourinteractionwithit.Thiscanbeanappreciationforaperson,afavorablecircumstanceorakinddeed,orevenanappreciation for the beauty we notice in nature or in the world around us. This is a particularlyvaluableemotionformanifestationpurposes.

When you imagine what your desire is going to look like when it comes, allow yourself toappreciateitinyourmind.Notonlywillthishelpattractwhatyouwant,butitcanensurethatwhenitmanifests,itwillbeeverythingyouhopedforandbringyousatisfaction.

3.Enthusiasm

Thisisaninternalexcitementaboutlifeoraboutwhateversubjectorobjectisathand.Itleadstoaction and is the opposite of apathy. It vibrates at a very high rate on the inner planes. It has apowerfulmagneticquality that bringswhatwewant tousquickly.Thinkof the last timeyouwerereallyexcitedaboutsomething,andthentransferthatenthusiasmtowhateveritisyouareattemptingtomanifest.

4.Wonder

Thisemotionisthefeelingofaweandcuriosityaboutsomething.Itcaninspireandholdattentionlikenootheremotion.That’swhyitisapotentemotionformanifestationpurposes.

5.Joy

Thefeelingofjoyoftenfillsyouwithgreatpleasureandmakesyouveryhappy.Itcanincludeanaspectofexcitementoritcanbesmoothlyandquietlysatisfying.Eitherway,itvibratesataveryhighrateontheinnerplanesandattractsabundanceandnaturallyrepelsnegativity.

6.Peace

Whenyou feel at peace, themind is clearof anxieties, conflict andothernegative emotions. Infact,itisanidealstatetoaccessfirstsootherbeneficialemotionsaremoreeasilygenerated.

*Sayitwiththeclearintentionthatyouwishtopreemptthemanifestationthatwouldotherwisehaveresultedfromyouremotionallychargedexpression.Note:ifyouareinasituationinwhichyoucannotsayitoutloud,thendoitsilently.

There are several categories of emotionalized speech that may be responsible for manifestingdisharmonyinyourlife.Thesooneryoucontrolthem,thesooneryouwillstopthemadness.

Herearethetopthreeformsofnegativespeaking:

1.Complaining

Whenpeoplecomplainabout theirbodies, their jobs, thegovernment, theweather,etc, theyareactuallyperpetuatingtheveryexperiencestheyarecomplainingabout.Forexample,Ihaveabuddywhoconstantlycomplainsaboutbadserversinrestaurants.AndwheneverIamwithhim,sureenough,wegetbadservice. It’sactuallyabithumorous towatch thishappenagainandagain.He’sclearlyattractingthisexperience.Certainlythereisatimeandplaceformakinganauthenticcomplaint,buteveryday-complainingmuddiesyourmagneticfield(akayouraura).Thebestwaytocounterthistypeofnegativespeechistocultivateanattitudeofgratitudeandacceptanceforwhatis.Focusonwhatisgoingrightinsteadofwhatyouperceiveisgoingwrong.

2.Gossiping

Whenpeoplegossipaboutothers, theymaynotrealize that thewholeUniverse is listening.Thesubconsciousofthepersonyougossipaboutcanhearyou.Theirconsciousmindmaynotregisterit,buttheirsubconsciousdoesandthiscreatesdissention.Themanifestationcansometimesappearintheformof“badluck.”There'sanoldsayingthatdefinitelyapplies:“Ifyoudon’thaveanythingnicetosayaboutsomeonethendon’tsayanythingatall."

3.Cursingor“cussing”

Whensomeoneusesfour-letterwordsorusesvariousnamesfor theDivineattachedtonegativeemotion, theyarecreatingtremendouschaos.Cursewordshaveimagesattachedto them.Wheneveryousayone,youconjureandchargetheimagewithwhateveremotionandforceyouputintoit.While

you may not manifest precisely what you’ve put out there, there will be an unfortunate karmicrepercussionofsomekind.

Forinstance,ifyoucallawomanthe‘B’word,youmayfindyourselfattractingwomentoyourlifewhomatch thatdescription.Likewise, ifyouuse theDivine’sname tocondemnsomethingandattach anger or hatred to it, you are actually cursing them. You will affect them with your cursewhetheryouknowitornot!Whenyoudo,thereisakarmicreboundthatyouwillexperienceatsomepointinyourfuture,veryoftenasevereone,suchasahealthimpairment.Soit’swisetoremoveallcussingfromyourvocabularyimmediately.

StaySilenttoProtectYourManifestingEfforts

OneofthebiggestmistakespeoplemakeintheirLawofAttractionandManifestationeffortsisthattheyfailtoobservetheruleofSilence.

Whenyouhavesetamanifestationgoal,itisveryimportantthatyoutellnoone.Notme,notyourlawofattractiongrouponFacebook,notyourwifeoryourhusband.Nobodyelse.

Keepyourdesiresasecretfromotherpeople.

Yes, theremay be timeswhen you need to contact or communicatewith certain peoplewho havesomethingtodowithyourmanifestationgoals.Butthat’sverydifferentfromwalkingaroundandtellingpeoplethatyouhavedecidedtomanifestsomething.

Therearegoodreasonswhyyoushouldkeepsilentaboutyourgoals.Foronething,bykeepingthemtoyourself,youallowtheenergy tobemore focusedand intense.Whenyoustart talking toeveryoneaboutwhatyouwantandwhatyouaregoingtodo,youdiffuseanddispersethatenergy.

Wenaturallywanttoshareourexcitementaboutwhatwedoandwhatwedesirewithourfamilyandfriends.Butwehavetostopourselvesifwewishtomaximizeoureffortsatmanifesting.

Visualization is the ability to picture something in your mind’s eye. Obviously,ifsomethingcontradictstheknownLawsofNatureorthePhysicalUniverse,thenitisnotsomethingyoursubconsciouscanarrangeforyou.

Andifyoufeelitistoograndoroutrageousoryou"secretly"don’tdeserve,thenitisnotlikelyyour

subconsciouswillmanifestitforyou.That’sbecauseyoursubconsciousknowswhatyouthinkandfeel.Ifyouthinksomethingistoogoodtocometrue,thenyoursubconsciouswillagreewithyou.

That’swhythosewhoattempttomanifestgreatwealthoftenquicklyfail.Theydon’tbelieveitwillhappentothem.Orthinktheydon’tdeservesuchriches.

Thetruthisthatsomepeopledobecomewealthyovernight.Butifwedon’tthinkitcanhappentous,thenthesubconsciousbelievesthattoo.

Whileitisverypossibleandwisetodissolvebeliefsthatblockyourwaytogreatorsuddensuccess,itisalsopossibletoestablishalessgrandioseintentionwhichyoufindpossibleandfeasibleforyouandthenwork yourway up to themore loftymanifestation goal. Start in smaller steps before tackling thebiggeststep.

It seems like a good idea, right?Well, many people have found that their Vision Boards haven’tworkedforthemaspromised.ImadesuchaVisionBoardbackin1992andgaveitampletimetowork.IhungitinmybedroomandlookedatitasoftenasIcouldwhileIheldgoodthoughts.MyeyeswouldgofromimagetoimageandI’ddaydreamaboutwhatitwouldfeelliketoalreadyhavemydesiremanifest.Butafterafullyearofdoingthatonaregularbasis,notoneoftheimages/desirescametrue.

Itwasn’tuntilfouryearslater,whileIwasstudyingclinicalhypnosisthatIfiguredoutwhymyVisionBoardfailed.Hypnosisdealspredominantlywithhowtocommunicateeffectivelywiththesubconscious.Itsprinciples, therefore,overlapwith thoseofmanifestation techniques.Learningabouthypnosis taughtmealot.

Ilearnedthatifthepersonbeinghypnotizedhasmultiplegoals,theneachgoalmustbehandledseparately.

Forinstance,ifsomeonewantstostopsmokingandloseweight,thenonesessionmustbesetupforsmokingcessationandthenanothersessionmustbearrangedforweightloss.Forhypnosistobeeffective,youcannotcombinebothgoalsinonesession.

That’sbecausehypnosisallowsyoutofocusthemindlikealaserbeam.Butwhenmultiplegoalsareintroduced,thisfocusingpowerisdiffusedandveryconfusingtothesubconscious.

I decided to apply what I learned tomyVision Board. But ... instead of having a collage full ofdifferentimagesandgoals,Iseparatedtheimages.Forexample,IplacedonlyonesetofimagesinfrontofmethathadtodoonlywiththecareerIwantedtomanifest.AndIlookedatjustthoseimageswhileIallowedpositivefeelingstocomeoverme.WhenIwasfinished,Iputtheimagesaway.

Then, hours or days later, I placed in front ofme images that representedmy goal to get in goodphysicalshape.And,again,Iallowedmyselftoconnectwiththesatisfactionofhowitwouldfeeltobestrongandfit.

Andoverthenextfewweeks,Ididthesamethingwiththerestoftheimagesandgoals.

Andguesswhat?Byconcentratingononesubjectareaatatime,injustafewweeksIbegantoseeallmygoalsmanifest!

Therefore, to fixyourVisionBoardmanifestationproblem, abandon the collage concept. Instead, IsuggestyoucreateaVisionAlbumthesefiveways:

1.Obtainanemptyphotoalbumorcreateoneonyourcomputer.

2.Oneachpageputimagesrelatedtoonlyoneofyourmanifestationgoals.

3.Ona regularbasis,pulloutyourphotoalbumand lookatonesetof images thatdealwithasinglesubjectordesire.Lookattheimages.

4: Connect with feelings of happiness and satisfaction or whatever you will feel once you’veachievedyourdesire.Itdoesn’thavetotakeverylongatasitting.Fivetotenminutesmax.

5. Put away the photo album and immediately go about your day.When youwant to use yourVisionAlbumagain,youcanchoosetofocusonanyoftheotherimagesdealingwithaseparategoal.

Creating and using a Vision Album that separates inspiring images and goals will do what theineffectiveVisionBoardnevercould.Tryitandsee!

TheOvernightSuccessManifestationTechnique

This is one of my personal favorite techniques because it is so effective and is convenient toimplement.

Perhapsyouhavealreadyfiguredoutthatevenwhenyougotosleep,yourmindremainsveryactive.Among other things, your subconscious continues to run your body and to process the thoughts andemotionsofthepreviousday.Sleepistheperfecttimetohaveyoursubconsciousworkonamanifestationgoal,becauseitwillbeunencumberedbyinputcomingfromtheconsciouslevelofyourmind.

Thistechniquetakeslessthanfiveminutes.Therearejustfoursteps:

1.Rightbeforebedtimefindanimagethatrepresentsonegoalyouwouldlikeyourmindtobringintomanifestation.YoucanuseyourVisionAlbumifyoucreatedone.

2.Relaxasyoulookattheimageandconnectwithfeelingsofthejoyandsatisfactionyouwillfeelwhenyourdesirehasalreadycome intomanifestation.Doso for fiveminutesoruntil theconjuredemotionsseemtofade.

3.Withthegentlestofintention,affirmoutloudthatthisiswhatyouwouldtoattracttoyourlife.Andknowthatyourmindhastheabilitytomakeitso.

4.Onceyou’vedonethat,gotosleep.

That’sallthereistoit!Overnightyourmindwillputthingsintomotiontobringyourdesiretowardmanifestation.

Thisdoesn’tnecessarilymean thatyouwillgetwhatyouwant theverynextday.Youmayhave torepeattheproceduremanytimesanditmaytakedays,weeksorlongertogetwhatyouwant,dependingonotherfactors.Butrestassured,yourmindwillbeworkingtowardfulfillingyourdesire.

AsaresultofusingtheOvernightSuccessTechnique,theremaybetimeswhenyouhaveunusualoroutstandingdreams.Someofthemmayevenwakeyouup.Ifthathappens,haveapadandpennexttothebedandimmediatelywritedownyourdreams.Theymayprovideyouwithcluesaboutwhatyoucandotoseeyourdesirerealized.

Similarly,whenyouariseinthemorningpleasetakenoteofanysuddenflashesofinsightorideasthatcome toyou.Theymaybe the resultofwhatyourmindprocessedovernight.Theymay thenguideyoutowardactionsthatwillleadtosuccess.

UsingImaginaryConversationstoManifestDesires

MyfriendMollyhasbeenverysuccessful in lifeandactivelyworkswithmanifestation techniques.Onedaysherevealedapowerfultechniquesheusedtotripleherincome.I’vetrieditandithasworkedbeautifully.Itcanalsobeusedformanifestationsthathavenothingtodowithmoney.

I wasn’t sure whether I could afford the home I wanted, but circumstances came together“miraculously”sothatIwasabletomanifestit!

Asanotherexample, if thereisaspecificautomobileyouwishtomanifest,purchaseasmallmodel(e.g.matchbox)ofthevehicleandmoveitacrossthefloorasyousimultaneouslypretendwhatitwouldfeelliketodriveit.Playandhavefunwithit,justasachildmight.Theemotionoffunisanaspectofjoy.It’sverypowerfulforattractingwhatyoudesire.

AnothergreatwaytousethePowerofPretendingistodressupinclothestopersonifyadesireyouwishtomanifest.Youcoulddressuptofeelwealthyorsexy.

Then stand in front of a mirror where you can see yourself dressed that way and pretend to bewhateveritisyouwanttomanifest.Havefunbutbesuretotakeitseriously.

The imageofyourself alongwithyourpositive feelingswillmakeavery strong impressionon thesubconsciousmind.
