1.1 Ïðèñòóïàÿ ê ýêñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ, âíèìà-òåëüíî èçó÷èòå ïàñïîðò. Íàñòîÿùèé ïàñïîðòêðàòêî çíàêîìèò ñ îñíîâíûìè òåõíè÷åñêèìè õà-ðàêòåðèñòèêàìè, óñòðîéñòâîì è ïðàâèëàìè ýêñï-ëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ.

1.2 Â ñâÿçè ñ ïîñòîÿííîé ðàáîòîé ïî ñîâåð-øåíñòâîâàíèþ ðóæüÿ, ïîâûøàþùåé åãî íàäåæ-íîñòü è óëó÷øàþùåé ýêñïëóàòàöèîííûå ñâîé-ñòâà, â êîíñòðóêöèþ ìîãóò áûòü âíåñåíû èçìåíå-íèÿ, íå îòðàæåííûå â íàñòîÿùåì ïàñïîðòå.

1 .3 Èíôîðìàöèÿ îá èç ãî òîâèòåëå1.3.1 Ðóæüå ÈÆ-27Ì èçãîòîâëåíî Ôåäå-

ðàëüíûì ãîñóäàðñòâåííûì óíèòàðíûì ïðåäïðè-ÿòèåì “Èæåâñêèé ìåõàíè÷åñêèé çàâîä”.

1.3.2 Àäðåñ èçãîòîâèòåëÿ: 426063, Ðîññèÿ,ã. Èæåâñê, óë. Ïðîìûøëåííàÿ, 8, Ôåäåðàëüíîåãîñóäàðñòâåííîå óíèòàðíîå ïðåäïðèÿòèå “Èæåâ-ñêèé ìåõàíè÷åñêèé çàâîä”.

2 ÎÑÍÎÂÍÛÅ ÑÂÅÄÅÍÈß ÎÁ ÈÇÄÅËÈÈ

2.1 Ðóæüå îõîòíè÷üå äâóñòâîëüíîå ÈÆ-27Ìè åãî ìîäèôèêàöèè ïðåäíàçíà÷åíû äëÿ ðàçëè÷-íûõ âèäîâ îõîòû, çàíÿòèé ñïîðòîì, äëÿ ñàìîîáî-ðîíû ãðàæäàí è çàùèòû èõ èìóùåñòâà.

Ðóæüå îõîòíè÷üå äâóñòâîëüíîå ÈÆ-27Ìâûïóñêàåòñÿ â ñëåäóþùèõ ìîäèôèêàöèÿõ:

- 12, 16, 20, 28, 32 è 410 êàëèáðîâ;- ñ ïàòðîííèêîì äëèíîé 70 èëè 76 ìì;- ñ ìåõàíèçìîì âûáðàñûâàíèÿ ñòðåëÿííîé

ãèëüçû (ñ èíäåêñîì “Å” â îáîçíà÷åíèè ìîäåëè)è áåç íåãî;

- ñ óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâûì ìåõàíèçìîì ñ äâóìÿèëè îäíèì ñïóñêîâûì êðþ÷êîì (ñ èíäåêñîì “1Ñ”â îáîçíà÷åíèè ìîäåëè).

Êàëèáð ñòâîëà, äëèíà ïàòðîííèêà, à òàêæåäîïóñòèìîå çíà÷åíèå ìàêñèìàëüíîãî äàâëåíèÿãàçîâ èñïîëüçóåìûõ ïàòðîíîâ ìàðêèðóåòñÿ íàêàçåííîé ìóôòå ñòâîëüíîãî áëîêà.

2.2 Ðóæüå îõîòíè÷üå äâóñòâîëüíîå ÈÆ-27Ì

è åãî ìîäèôèêàöèè ñîîòâåòñòâóþò ÒÓ 3-3.663-80,ÃÎÑÒ Ð 50529-93, êðèìèíàëèñòè÷åñêèì òðåáîâà-íèÿì ÌÂÄ Ðîññèè è ñåðòèôèöèðîâàíû íà ñîîò-âåòñòâèå òðåáîâàíèÿì áåçîïàñíîñòè. Íîìåðà ñåð-òèôèêàòîâ, ñðîê èõ äåéñòâèÿ óêàçàíû íà ýòèêåò-êå, ïðèêëàäûâàåìîé ê ïàñïîðòó. Ñåðòèôèêàòûâûäàíû Îðãàíîì ïî ñåðòèôèêàöèè ãðàæäàíñêîãîè ñëóæåáíîãî îðóæèÿ è ïàòðîíîâ ê íåìó Óäìóð-òñêîãî ÖÑÌ, ðåãèñòðàöèîííûé íîìåð ÐÎÑÑRU.0001.11ÌÆ03.

2.3 Óñòðîéñòâî è ïðèíöèï ðàáîòû2.3.1 Ðóæüå ÈÆ-27Ì è åãî ìîäèôèêàöèè

ñîñòîÿò èç îòúåìíîãî ñòâîëüíîãî áëîêà ñ öåâüåìè êîðîáêè ñ ïðèêëàäîì.

Ñòâîëû çàïèðàþòñÿ â êîðîáêå ñ ïîìîùüþçàïîðíîé ïëàíêè. Óïðàâëåíèå óçëîì çàïèðàíèÿîñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ ñ ïîìîùüþ ðû÷àãà, ðàñïîëî-æåííîãî ââåðõó êîðîáêè. Ïðè îòêðûòûõ ñòâî-ëàõ çàïîðíàÿ ïëàíêà è ðû÷àã çàïîðà óäåðæèâà-þòñÿ çàäåðæêîé çàïîðíîé ïëàíêè, êîòîðàÿ àâòî-ìàòè÷åñêè îñâîáîæäàåò ïëàíêó ïðè çàêðûâàíèèñòâîëîâ.

Ñúåìíîå öåâüå çàêðåïëÿåòñÿ íà ñòâîëüíîìáëîêå çàùåëêîé ðû÷àæíîãî òèïà.

2.3.2 Ñòâîëû ðóæüÿ ðàñïîëîæåíû â âåðòè-êàëüíîé ïëîñêîñòè è ñîåäèíåíû ñ ïîìîùüþ êà-çåííîé ìóôòû è ìåæñòâîëüíûõ ïëàíîê. Íåîáõî-äèìàÿ êó÷íîñòü ñòðåëüáû îáåñïå÷èâàåòñÿ èñïîëü-çîâàíèåì ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèõ ïîñòîÿííûõ èëè ñìåí-íûõ äóëüíûõ ñóæåíèé.

2.3.3  ðóæüÿõ ÈÆ-27Ì ãèëüçû èç ïàòðîííè-êîâ âûäâèãàþòñÿ âûáðàñûâàòåëåì ïðè îòêðûâà-íèè ñòâîëîâ. Ìîäèôèêàöèè ðóæüÿ ñ èíäåêñîì“Å” â îáîçíà÷åíèè èìåþò ìåõàíèçì, àâòîìàòè÷åñ-êè âûáðàñûâàþùèé ñòðåëÿíûå ãèëüçû ïðè îòêðû-âàíèè ñòâîëîâ. Ãèëüçà âûáðàñûâàåòñÿ òîëüêî èçòîãî ñòâîëà, èç êîòîðîãî ñäåëàí âûñòðåë. Íåñòðå-ëÿíûé ïàòðîí ïëàâíî âûäâèãàåòñÿ âûáðàñûâàòå-ëåì. Ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè âûáðàñûâàþùèé ìåõà-íèçì ìîæíî îòêëþ÷èòü, ïîâåðíóâ ðàçîáùèòåëü 15(ðèñóíîê À.3) íà 90°, â ýòîì ñëó÷àå ñòðåëÿíûåãèëüçû áóäóò âûäâèãàòüñÿ òîëüêî ïëàâíî.

2.3.4 Óäàðíûé ìåõàíèçì - êóðêîâûé, ñîòäåëüíûìè áîéêàìè. Áîåâûå ïðóæèíû öèëèí-äðè÷åñêèå âèíòîâûå. Âçâåäåíèå êóðêîâ è ñæà-òèå áîåâûõ ïðóæèí îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ øàðíèðîì,âçâîäèòåëÿìè è òîëêàòåëÿìè ïðè îòêðûâàíèèñòâîëîâ.

2.3.5  ðóæüÿõ ÈÆ-27Ì è åãî ìîäèôèêàöè-ÿõ ñ äâóìÿ ñïóñêîâûìè êðþ÷êàìè ïåðåäíèé ñïóñ-êîâîé êðþ÷îê ñëóæèò äëÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâà âûñòðå-ëà èç íèæíåãî ñòâîëà, çàäíèé - äëÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâàâûñòðåëà èç âåðõíåãî ñòâîëà.

 ðóæüÿõ ÈÆ-27Ì-1Ñ è åãî ìîäèôèêàöèÿõñ îäíèì ñïóñêîâûì êðþ÷êîì ñòðåëüáà îñóùåñòâ-ëÿåòñÿ â ïîñëåäîâàòåëüíîñòè: íèæíèé ñòâîë –âåðõíèé ñòâîë. Ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè èçìåíèòüïîñëåäîâàòåëüíîñòü âûñòðåëîâ, îòîæìèòå ñïóñ-êîâîé êðþ÷îê âïåðåä äî ùåë÷êà, è ñòðåëüáàáóäåò îñóùåñòâëÿòüñÿ â îáðàòíîé ïîñëåäîâàòåëü-íîñòè: âåðõíèé ñòâîë – íèæíèé ñòâîë. Ïðè

ïîâîðîòå ðû÷àãà çàïîðà âíîâü âîññòàíàâëèâàåòñÿïåðâîíà÷àëüíàÿ ïîñëåäîâàòåëüíîñòü ñòðåëüáû.

2.3.6 Ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü àâòîìàòè÷åñêèé,âêëþ÷àåòñÿ êàæäûé ðàç ïðè ïîâîðîòå ðû÷àãàçàïîðà, çàïèðàåò øåïòàëà òîëüêî ïðè âçâåäåí-íûõ êóðêàõ: ïðè ïåðåìåùåíèè êíîïêè ïðåäîõ-ðàíèòåëÿ â ïîëîæåíèå “ïðåäîõðàíåíèå” ïðèñïóùåííûõ êóðêàõ øåïòàëà íå çàïèðàþòñÿ, ïðèïîñëåäóþùåì âçâåäåíèè êóðêîâ (îòêðûâàíèèñòâîëîâ) ïðåäîõðàíèòåëè àâòîìàòè÷åñêè çàïè-ðàþò øåïòàëà.

2.3.7 Ó ðóæåé ñ äâóìÿ ñïóñêîâûìè êðþ÷êàìèïðåäîõðàíèòåëü îáåñïå÷èâàåò âîçìîæíîñòü áåçó-äàðíîãî ñïóñêà êóðêîâ ñ áîåâîãî âçâîäà. Äëÿýòîãî íåîáõîäèìî ïðè îòêðûòûõ ñòâîëàõ ïåðåìå-ñòèòü êíîïêó ïðåäîõðàíèòåëÿ â ïåðåäíåå ïîëî-æåíèå, íàæàòü íà îáà ñïóñêîâûõ êðþ÷êà è, óäåð-æèâàÿ êíîïêó ïðåäîõðàíèòåëÿ è ñïóñêîâûå êðþ÷-êè, ïëàâíî çàêðûòü ñòâîëû. 2.3.8 Óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâîé ìåõàíèçì èìååò äî-ïîëíèòåëüíûå ïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíûå óñòðîéñòâà(èíòåðñåïòîðû èëè ïåðåõâàòûâàòåëè êóðêîâ) äëÿïðåäîòâðàùåíèÿ âûñòðåëà ïðè ñëó÷àéíîì ñðûâåêóðêîâ ñ áîåâûõ âçâîäîâ áåç íàæàòèÿ íà ñïóñêî-âûå êðþ÷êè, íàïðèìåð, ïðè ïàäåíèÿõ ðóæüÿ.

3.2 Óñëîâíûå îáîçíà÷åíèÿ äóëüíûõ ñóæåíèéè èõ íîìèíàëüíûå çíà÷åíèÿ óêàçàíû íà ìóôòåñòâîëà.

Ðóæüÿ ìîãóò ïîñòàâëÿòüñÿ ñî ñìåííûìè äóëü-íûìè ñóæåíèÿìè, â ýòîì ñëó÷àå íà êàçåííîéìóôòå ñòâîëà íàíîñèòñÿ ìàðêèðîâêà “Var”, àîáîçíà÷åíèå è íîìèíàëüíîå çíà÷åíèå óêàçûâà-þòñÿ íåïîñðåäñòâåííî íà ñìåííîì äóëüíîì ñó-æåíèè.

6 .1 Ìåðû áå çîïàñíîñòè ïðè îáðà -ùåíèè ñ ðóæüåì.

6.1.1 Ëþáîå îãíåñòðåëüíîå îðóæèå, íåñìîò-ðÿ íà íàëè÷èå â íåì ðàçëè÷íûõ ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü-íûõ óñòðîéñòâ, ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé ÎÏÀÑ-ÍÎÑÒÜ ÄËß ÆÈÇÍÈ È ÇÄÎÐÎÂÜß ËÞÄÅÉïðè ëåãêîìûñëåííîì îáðàùåíèè ñ íèì. Ïðèíè-ìàéòå âñå ìåðû ïðåäîñòîðîæíîñòè è ïîìíèòå,÷òî ïðåíåáðåæåíèå ïðàâèëàìè áåçîïàñíîñòè ìî-æåò ïðèâåñòè ê òðàãè÷åñêèì ïîñëåäñòâèÿì.

6.1.2 Ïåðåä ëþáûìè äåéñòâèÿìè ñ ðóæüåì(ïëàâíûì ñïóñêîì, ÷èñòêîé, ðàçáîðêîé, ââèí÷è-

âàíèåì è âûâèí÷èâàíèåì äóëüíûõ ñóæåíèé èò.ä.) ÎÁßÇÀÒÅËÜÍÎ óáåäèòåñü, ÷òî ðóæüå ðàç-ðÿæåíî.

ÂÑÅÃÄÀ õðàíèòå è íîñèòå ðóæüå â ðàçðÿ-æåííîì ñîñòîÿíèè.

ÂÑÅÃÄÀ ðàçðÿæàéòå îðóæèå ïåðåä òåì, êàêâîéòè â äîì, ëþáîå çäàíèå èëè ïàëàòêó, ñåñòü âàâòîìîáèëü èëè ëîäêó. Íèêîãäà íå ïûòàéòåñüçàðÿæàòü èëè ðàçðÿæàòü îðóæèå âíóòðè òðàíñ-ïîðòíîãî ñðåäñòâà èëè çäàíèÿ (êðîìå òèðà).

Ïîëó÷èâ îðóæèå îò äðóãîãî ëèöà, âû ÄÎË-ÆÍÛ îòêðûòü ðóæüå è óäîñòîâåðèòüñÿ, ÷òîïàòðîííèêè ïóñòû. ÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ íå ïðèíèìàéòå íàâåðó ñëîâà êîãî áû òî íè áûëî î òîì, ÷òî îðóæèåðàçðÿæåíî.

6.1.3 Õðàíèòå îðóæèå è áîåïðèïàñû ðàçäåëü-íî, òàê ÷òîáû ïîñòîðîííèå ëþäè èëè äåòè íåìîãëè äîáðàòüñÿ äî íèõ. Óäîñòîâåðüòåñü, ÷òî îíèäåéñòâèòåëüíî íåäîñòóïíû. Âíå ìåñòà õðàíåíèÿÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ íå îñòàâëÿéòå îðóæèå áåç ïðèñìîòðà.

6.1.4 Äàæå åñëè ðóæüå íå çàðÿæåíî ÍÈÊÎÃ-ÄÀ íå íàïðàâëÿéòå ðóæüå íà ëþäåé è ïðåäìåòû,ïî êîòîðûì âû íå ñîáèðàåòåñü ñòðåëÿòü. Ïðèçàðÿæàíèè, ðàçðÿæàíèè, îáñëóæèâàíèè èëè ÷è-ñòêå ðóæüÿ ÂÑÅÃÄÀ ñëåäèòå, ÷òîáû ñòâîëû áûëèðàñïîëîæåíû â áåçîïàñíîì íàïðàâëåíèè, ÍÈ-ÊÎÃÄÀ íå äåðæèòå ïàëåö íà ñïóñêîâîì êðþ÷êå.

ÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ íå îñòàâëÿéòå îðóæèå òàê, ÷òîîíî ìîæåò óïàñòü è âûñòðåëèòü.

6.1.5 Ïðè ñòðåëüáå ÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ íå âûêëþ÷àé-òå ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü, ïîêà ðóæüå íå áóäåò íàïðàâ-ëåíî â öåëü, à âû íå áóäåòå ãîòîâû âûñòðåëèòü.

Âî âðåìÿ ïðèöåëèâàíèÿ íå äåðæèòå ïàëåö íàñïóñêîâîì êðþ÷êå, ïîêà âû íå áóäåòå ãîòîâûâûñòðåëèòü. Íàó÷èòåñü äåðæàòü ïàëåö íà ïðå-äîõðàíèòåëüíîé ñêîáå ñïóñêîâîãî êðþ÷êà, à íåíà ñàìîì ñïóñêîâîì êðþ÷êå.

6.1.6 ÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ íå òÿíèòå îðóæèå äóëüíûìñðåçîì ê ñåáå. ÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ íå êëàäèòå ðóêó íàäóëüíûé ñðåç îðóæèÿ.

6.1.7 Âû ÂÑÅÃÄÀ äîëæíû îñîçíàâàòü, êóäàâû ñòðåëÿåòå, è ÷òî íàõîäèòñÿ ïîçàäè öåëè.Ïåðåä âûñòðåëîì çàäàéòå ñåáå âîïðîñ, êóäà ïîïà-äåò äðîáü èëè ïóëÿ, åñëè îíè ïðîéäóò íàâûëåòèëè ìèìî öåëè.

ÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ íå ñòðåëÿéòå ïî òâåðäûì ïëîñêèìïîâåðõíîñòÿì èëè ïî âîäå - âîçìîæåí ðèêîøåò.

6.1.8 ÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ íå ïûòàéòåñü óñîâåðøåí-ñòâîâàòü ñâîå îðóæèå. Íå ïûòàéòåñü óìåíüøèòüóñèëèå ñïóñêà, óáðàòü ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü èëè êà-êîé-ëèáî âíóòðåííèé ïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíûé ìåõà-íèçì, ïîñêîëüêó ýòî ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê ñëó÷àéíî-ìó âûñòðåëó.

6.1.9 Íå ñòðåëÿéòå èç ðóæüÿ ïàòðîíàìè,êîòîðûå íå ïðåäíàçíà÷åíû äëÿ äàííîãî ðóæüÿ.ÇÀÏÐÅÙÀÅÒÑß ìåíÿòü íàâåñêó ïîðîõà â ïàò-ðîíàõ çàâîäñêîãî èçãîòîâëåíèÿ, èçìåíÿòü ìàññóäðîáè èëè ïóëè.

6.1.10 Íå ñòðåëÿéòå ïàòðîíàìè è ïîðîõàìè,õðàíèâøèìèñÿ áîëåå 4 ëåò.

6.1.11 Ïðè ñíàðÿæåíèè ïàòðîíîâ ïðèìå-íÿéòå êà÷åñòâåííûå êîìïëåêòóþùèå è ñîáëþ-äàéòå íîðìû ñíàðÿæåíèÿ, óêàçàííûå â èíñòðóê-

öèè, ïðèëàãàåìîé ê îõîòíè÷üåìó ïîðîõó. Ïðèñíàðÿæåíèè ïàòðîíîâ îõîòíè÷üèì áåçäûìíûìïîðîõîì ìàññó çàðÿäà îïðåäåëÿòü òîëüêî âçâå-øèâàíèåì.

ÊÀÒÅÃÎÐÈ×ÅÑÊÈ ÇÀÏÐÅÙÀÅÒÑß ïðè-ìåíåíèå ëþáûõ íåîõîòíè÷üèõ ïîðîõîâ, ò.ê. ýòîìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê ðàçäóòèÿì è ðàçðûâàì ñòâîëîâ.

ÇÀÏÐÅÙÀÅÒÑß ñïðåññîâûâàòü çàðÿä èçáåçäûìíîãî îõîòíè÷üåãî ïîðîõà.

6.1.12 Ñëåäèòå çà êà÷åñòâîì ñíàðÿæåíèÿ ïàò-ðîíîâ, ÷òîáû èçáåæàòü âûïàäåíèÿ äðîáè èç ãèëü-çû â êàíàë ñòâîëà è âûçûâàåìûõ ýòèì ìåñòíûõ,òàê íàçûâàåìûõ, “ãîðîõîîáðàçíûõ” ðàçäóòèé ñòâî-ëà ïðè âûñòðåëå. Òùàòåëüíî ôèêñèðóéòå êàðòîí-íóþ ïðîêëàäêó äðîáîâîãî ñíàðÿäà ïðè ïðèìåíå-íèè ìåòàëëè÷åñêèõ ãèëüç, áóìàæíûå ãèëüçû èñ-ïîëüçóéòå òîëüêî îäèí ðàç, íå ïåðåñíàðÿæàéòåïàòðîíû çàâîäñêîãî èçãîòîâëåíèÿ. Åñëè ïåðåçà-ðÿæàíèå ðóæüÿ ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ïîñëå îäíîãî âûñò-ðåëà, òî ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ íåèñïîëüçîâàííûé ïàòðîíïîìåñòèòü â ïàòðîííèê ñòâîëà, èç êîòîðîãî áûëïðîèçâåäåí âûñòðåë, à î÷åðåäíîé ïàòðîí çàðÿ-äèòü â ñòâîë, êîòîðûé ñòðåëÿåò âòîðûì.

6.1.13 Íå ñòðåëÿéòå ïóëåé, äèàìåòð òåëàêîòîðîé áîëüøå äèàìåòðà êàíàëà ñòâîëà â çîíåäóëüíîãî ñóæåíèÿ.

Äèàìåòð êðóãëîé ïóëè äîëæåí áûòü íà0,2...0,3 ìì ìåíüøå äèàìåòðà äóëüíîãî ñóæåíèÿ.

Äèàìåòð ïóëè ñ íàðóæíûìè ðåáðàìè äîëæåíáûòü íà 0,1...0,2 ìì ìåíüøå äèàìåòðà êàíàëàñòâîëà, à äèàìåòð òåëà òàêîé ïóëè - íà 0,8...1,0

ìì ìåíüøå äèàìåòðà êàíàëà â äóëüíîì ñóæåíèè.ÊÀÒÅÃÎÐÈ×ÅÑÊÈ ÇÀÏÐÅÙÀÅÒÑß ïðè-

ìåíåíèå êàëèáåðíûõ ïóëü, èçãîòîâëåííûõ èçòâåðäûõ ìàòåðèàëîâ (ëàòóíè, ñòàëè è ò.ï.).

6.1.14 Áóäüòå îñòîðîæíû ñî ÂÑÅÌÈ áîåï-ðèïàñàìè. Äàæå õîëîñòûå ïàòðîíû ìîãóò áûòüîïàñíû íà áëèçêîì ðàññòîÿíèè.

6.1.15 Ïåðåä çàðÿæàíèåì îñìîòðèòå ñòâîëûðóæüÿ, óáåäèòåñü, ÷òî îíè íå çàáèòû ñíåãîì,ãðÿçüþ, ëåñíûì ñîðîì. Ñòðåëüáà èç ðóæüÿ ñçàñîðåííûìè êàíàëàìè ìîæåò âûçâàòü ðàçäóòèåè äàæå ðàçðûâ ñòâîëîâ.

6.1.16 Åñëè ïîñëå íàæàòèÿ íà ñïóñêîâîéêðþ÷îê âûñòðåëà íå ïðîèçîøëî, ïðîäîëæàéòåóäåðæèâàòü ðóæüå â íàïðàâëåíèè öåëè â òå÷å-íèå îäíîé ìèíóòû. Èíîãäà ìåäëåííîå ñðàáàòû-âàíèå êàïñþëÿ ïðèâîäèò ê, òàê íàçûâàåìîìó,“çàòÿæíîìó” âûñòðåëó, êîãäà âûñòðåë ïðîèñõî-äèò ñ íåêîòîðîé çàäåðæêîé. Åñëè âûñòðåë âñåæå íå ïðîèçîøåë, ðàçðÿäèòå îðóæèå, óäåðæè-âàÿ ñòâîë â áåçîïàñíîì íàïðàâëåíèè, òàê ÷òîáûäóëüíûé ñðåç è ïàòðîííèê áûëè íàïðàâëåíû âñòîðîíó îò Âàñ.

6.1.17 Åñëè âî âðåìÿ ñòðåëüáû çâóê âûñòðå-ëà çàìåòíî îòëè÷àåòñÿ îò ïðåäûäóùèõ, íåìåä-ëåííî ïðåêðàòèòå ñòðåëüáó. Ðàçðÿäèòå ðóæüå èîñìîòðèòå ñòâîë, êîðîáêó è äðóãèå åãî ÷àñòè.

Ïðè îáíàðóæåíèè çàñòðÿâøèõ êîìïîíåíòîâïàòðîíà â êàíàëå ñòâîëà, âû÷èñòèòå åãî ïåðåäòåì, êàê ïðîäîëæàòü ñòðåëüáó.

Ïóëÿ èëè ïûæ ìîãóò îêàçàòüñÿ äàëåêî â

ñòâîëå, ãäå èõ íåëåãêî óâèäåòü, ïîýòîìó äëÿïðîâåðêè èñïîëüçóéòå øîìïîë. Åñëè ÷òî-ëèáîíàõîäèòñÿ â êàíàëå ñòâîëà, ÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ íå ïûòàé-òåñü óäàëèòü ýòî ñ ïîìîùüþ âûñòðåëà äðóãèìïàòðîíîì, äàæå åñëè âû íàìåðåâàåòåñü èñïîëüçî-âàòü õîëîñòîé ïàòðîí èëè ïàòðîí, ó êîòîðîãîèçâëå÷åí äðîáîâîé ñíàðÿä èëè ïóëÿ. Ïðè òàêîìñïîñîáå ÷àñòî íåèçáåæíî ïîâðåæäåíèå ñòâîëà èäàæå ïîëó÷åíèå ñåðüåçíûõ ðàíåíèé ñòðåëêîì.

Ïðè îáíàðóæåíèè ðàçäóòèÿ ñòâîëà, íàðóøå-íèÿ ðàáîòû ìåõàíèçìîâ, ðàçðûâà äîííîé ÷àñòèãèëüçû èëè ëþáûõ ïîâðåæäåíèé äåòàëåé ðóæüÿîíî äîëæíî áûòü îòïðàâëåíî â ìàñòåðñêóþ äëÿîáñëåäîâàíèÿ è ðåìîíòà. Ïðè îáíàðóæåíèè óêà-çàííûõ äåôåêòîâ ÍÈÊÎÃÄÀ ÍÅ ÏÛÒÀÉÒÅÑÜÂÛÑÒÐÅËÈÒÜ ÅÙÅ ÐÀÇ!

6.1.18 ÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ! Äëÿ ñòðåëüáû èç ðóæüÿèñïîëüçóþòñÿ áîåïðèïàñû, ñîäåðæàùèå ñâèíåö.Êàê èçâåñòíî, íàëè÷èå ñâèíöà â îðãàíèçìå ìîæåòïðèâåñòè ê ðàçâèòèþ ðàêà, èìïîòåíöèè, ïîÿâëå-íèþ îòðàâëåíèé ó áåðåìåííûõ æåíùèí, âðîæ-äåííûõ óðîäñòâ ó íîâîðîæäåííûõ è äðóãîìóñåðüåçíîìó óùåðáó äëÿ çäîðîâüÿ. Ýòîìó ðèñêóïîäâåðãàþòñÿ íå òîëüêî òå, êòî ýêñïëóàòèðóåòðóæüå, íî è íàõîäÿùèåñÿ ðÿäîì ñ íèì âî âðåìÿñòðåëüáû èëè îáñëóæèâàíèè è ÷èñòêå ðóæüÿ.Ïîýòîìó ïðè ñòðåëüáå è ÷èñòêå ðóæüÿ â çàêðûòîìïîìåùåíèè íåîáõîäèìî îáåñïå÷èòü íàäëåæàùóþâåíòèëÿöèþ. Ïðè ÷èñòêå ðóæüÿ íåîáõîäèìî ïðåä-ïðèíÿòü çàùèòíûå ìåðû âî èçáåæàíèå êîíòàêòàñî ñâèíöîì è åãî ñîåäèíåíèÿìè. Ïî îêîí÷àíèè

íîå òåõíè÷åñêîå îáñëóæèâàíèå ðóæüÿ ïîâûøàåòñðîê ñëóæáû è ãàðàíòèðóåò åãî íàäåæíóþ ðàáî-òó. Íå ñëåäóåò ïðîèçâîäèòü ïîëíóþ ðàçáîðêóðóæüÿ, åñëè â ýòîì íåò íåîáõîäèìîñòè.

6.2.2 Íåïîëíàÿ ðàçáîðêà ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ äëÿïðîâåäåíèÿ ðåãóëÿðíîé ÷èñòêè è ñìàçêè ðóæüÿ,à òàêæå ïðè åãî òðàíñïîðòèðîâêå è õðàíåíèè.Ïåðåä ðàçáîðêîé ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ ïðîèçâåñòè ñïóñêêóðêîâ (ñì. ï. 2.3.7, 6.3.4).

6.2.2.1 Äëÿ íåïîëíîé ðàçáîðêè ðóæüÿ íåîá-õîäèìî:

- îòòÿíóòü ðû÷àã, ðàñïîëîæåííûé â öåíòðåíà íèæíåé ïîâåðõíîñòè öåâüÿ;

- óäåðæèâàÿ ðû÷àã, ïîâåðíóòü ïåðåäíèé êî-íåö öåâüÿ â íàïðàâëåíèè îò ñòâîëà è îòäåëèòüöåâüå. ÍÅ ÏÐÈËÀÃÀÉÒÅ ÏÐÈ ÝÒÎÌ ×ÐÅÇ-ÌÅÐÍÛÕ ÓÑÈËÈÉ!

- ïîâåðíóòü ðû÷àã çàïîðà, ðàñïîëîæåííûé ââåðõíåé ÷àñòè êîðîáêè, â êðàéíåå ïðàâîå ïîëî-æåíèå;

- ïîâåðíóòü ñòâîëû âíèç äî èõ îòäåëåíèÿ îòêîðîáêè;

- äëÿ ïåðåâîçêè è õðàíåíèÿ íåîáõîäèìî:à) ïðèñîåäèíèòü öåâüå ê ñòâîëàì;á) íàæàòü ñâåðõó íà çàäåðæêó çàïîðíîé ïëàí-

êè, ðàñïîëîæåííóþ â ïàçó êîðîáêè, êóäà óñòàíàâ-ëèâàåòñÿ êàçåííàÿ ÷àñòü ñòâîëà, ïîñëå ÷åãî ðû÷àãçàïîðà âåðíåòñÿ â öåíòðàëüíîå ïîëîæåíèå.

6.2.2.2 Äëÿ ñáîðêè ðóæüÿ ïîñëå ïåðåâîçêèèëè íåïîëíîé ðàçáîðêè íåîáõîäèìî:

- îòòÿíóòü ðû÷àã, ðàñïîëîæåííûé â öåíòðåíà íèæíåé ïîâåðõíîñòè öåâüÿ;

6.2.3.4 Äëÿ ðàçáîðêè âûáðàñûâàþùåãî ìåõà-íèçìà íåîáõîäèìî:

- âûáèòü îñè âçâîäèòåëåé 59 è ñíÿòü âçâîäè-òåëè 58, èçâëå÷ü ðàçîáùèòåëè 15 (ñì. ðèñ. À.3),äëÿ ÷åãî óñòàíîâèòü èõ øëèöàìè ïîä óãëîì 45° êîñè ðóæüÿ, ââåñòè â îòâåðñòèå ïîä òîëêàòåëüîòâåðòêó èëè âûêîëîòêó è âûòîëêíóòü ðàçîáùè-òåëü ââåðõ; èçâëå÷ü ôèêñàòîð ðàçîáùèòåëÿ 16 ñïðóæèíîé 17. Ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè ðàçîáùèòåëüìîæíî ñíÿòü è áåç ðàçáîðêè êîðîáêè. Äëÿ ýòîãîóñòàíîâèòü øëèö ðàçîáùèòåëÿ ïîä óãëîì 45° ê îñè

6.2.3.5 Äàëüíåéøàÿ ðàçáîðêà ìåõàíèçìîâðóæüÿ ïðîñòà è íå òðåáóåò îñîáîãî ïîÿñíåíèÿ. Íåïåðåïóòàéòå ïðè ðàçáîðêå äåòàëè ïðàâîé è ëåâîéñòîðîíû.

6.2.4 Ñáîðêà ðóæüÿ ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ â îáðàò-íîì ïîðÿäêå.

ÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ! Ïðè ñáîðêå ðóæüÿ íå ðåêî-ìåíäóåòñÿ ïðèìåíÿòü áîëüøèõ óñèëèé èëè ïðè-íóäèòåëüíî çàáèâàòü äåòàëè âî èçáåæàíèå íàäè-ðîâ, öàðàïèí, ñìÿòèé.

Ñîåäèíåíèå ïðèêëàäà ñ êîðîáêîé äîëæíîáûòü ïðî÷íûì, áåç ìàëåéøåé êà÷êè. Äëÿ îáåñïå-÷åíèÿ ïðàâèëüíîé ïîñàäêè ïðèêëàäà ðåêîìåíäó-åòñÿ, ïðåäâàðèòåëüíî çàòÿíóâ âèíò, ëåãêèìè óäà-ðàìè ÷åðåíêà îòâåðòêè ïî áîêîâûì ïîâåðõíîñ-òÿì ãîëîâêè ïðèêëàäà ïðîèçâåñòè èõ îñàäêó êñîîòâåòñòâóþùèì ïîâåðõíîñòÿì êîðîáêè è çàòåìçàòÿíóòü âèíò äî îòêàçà.

6 . 2 . 5 ×èñòêà è ñìàçêà ðóæüÿ6.2.5.1 Ïðîäîëæèòåëüíîñòü ñëóæáû è áå-

çîòêàçíîñòü ðàáîòû ðóæüÿ â çíà÷èòåëüíîé ñòå-ïåíè çàâèñÿò îò óìåëîãî è çàáîòëèâîãî îáðàùå-íèÿ ñ íèì.

Ðóæüå âñåãäà äîëæíî áûòü âû÷èùåíî è ñìàçà-

íî. Îñîáîå âíèìàíèå ñëåäóåò îáðàòèòü íà ÷èñòîòóè ñìàçêó ñòâîëîâ, ìåñòà ñîåäèíåíèÿ øàðíèðà ñêîðîáêîé, îñè øàðíèðà è ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåãî ãíåç-äà íà ìóôòå ñòâîëîâ, òðóùèõñÿ ìåñò ñòâîëîâ èêîðîáêè, äåòàëåé óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâîãî ìåõàíèçìà.

Õðîìèðîâàííûå êàíàëû è ïàòðîííèêè ñòâî-ëîâ çíà÷èòåëüíî îáëåã÷àþò óõîä çà íèìè, íî ýòîíå èñêëþ÷àåò ðåãóëÿðíóþ è òùàòåëüíóþ ÷èñòêó.

6.2.5.2 Äëÿ ÷èñòêè è ñìàçêè ðóæüÿ íåîáõî-äèìû, êàê ìèíèìóì, øîìïîë, ÷èñòàÿ âåòîøü,åðøèê è æèäêîñòü äëÿ ÷èñòêè êàíàëà ñòâîëà,æèäêîå ðóæåéíîå ìàñëî.

Ñ ïîìîùüþ âåòîøè, ñìî÷åííîé æèäêîñòüþäëÿ ÷èñòêè êàíàëà ñòâîëà, è åðøèêà î÷èñòèòåñòâîë è ïàòðîííèê, óäàëèâ îñòàòêè ïîðîõà èñâèíöà. Ïîñëå ÷èñòêè ñìàæüòå êàíàë ñòâîëàðóæåéíûì ìàñëîì.

Äëÿ çàùèòû îò êîððîçèè íà âñå âíåøíèåïîâåðõíîñòè íåîáõîäèìî íàíåñòè òîíêèé ñëîéìàñëà.

ÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ! Íå íàíîñèòå èçëèøíåå êîëè-÷åñòâî ìàñëà, òàê êàê ýòî ïðèâåäåò ê ïîÿâëåíèþîòëîæåíèé ïûëè è ìåëêîãî ìóñîðà. Òàêèå îòëî-æåíèÿ â óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâîì ìåõàíèçìå ìîãóò ïðè-âîäèòü ê îñå÷êàì, à îòëîæåíèÿ â ñòâîëå - êðàçäóòèÿì.

ÁÓÄÜÒÅ ÎÑÒÎÐÎÆÍÛ! Æèäêîñòè, ïðåä-íàçíà÷åííûå äëÿ ÷èñòêè êàíàëà ñòâîëà, ÿâëÿþò-ñÿ ñèëüíûìè ðàñòâîðèòåëÿìè. Èõ ÷ðåçìåðíîåêîëè÷åñòâî èëè äëèòåëüíûé êîíòàêò ñ ïîêðûòè-ÿìè äåòàëåé ìîæåò íàíåñòè óùåðá âíåøíåìó

âèäó ðóæüÿ. Òùàòåëüíî óäàëèòå âñå îñòàòêèðàñòâîðèòåëÿ è ñìàæüòå ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèå ïîâåð-õíîñòè ïîñëå åãî ïðèìåíåíèÿ.

6.2.5.3 ×èñòêà ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ñðàçó ïîñëåñòðåëüáû, à â çèìíåå âðåìÿ ïåðåä ÷èñòêîé ðóæüåíåñêîëüêî ÷àñîâ äîëæíî íàõîäèòüñÿ â ïîìåùå-íèè. Âñåãäà ÷èñòèòå ñòâîë îò ïàòðîííèêà ê äóëü-íîé ÷àñòè.

6.2.6 Âèíò, êðåïÿùèé ïðèêëàä ê êîðîáêå, âïðîöåññå ñòðåëüáû, îñîáåííî â íà÷àëüíûé ïåðè-îä ýêñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ, ïåðèîäè÷åñêè ïîäòÿãè-âàéòå, ÷òîáû íå áûëî êà÷êè ïðèêëàäà.

6 .3 Ðåêîìåíäàöèè ïî ýêñïëóàòàöèèðóæüÿ .

6.3.1 Îòêðûâàéòå è çàêðûâàéòå ðóæüå ïëàâ-íî îáåèìè ðóêàìè. Ðåçêîå îòêðûâàíèå è çàêðû-âàíèå ñòâîëà ðàñøàòûâàåò åãî ñîåäèíåíèå ñ êî-ðîáêîé. Ïðè çàêðûâàíèè íîâîãî ðóæüÿ, ïîêàìåõàíèçì íå ïðèðàáîòàåòñÿ, ðû÷àã îòïèðàíèÿìîæåò íå äîõîäèòü äî öåíòðàëüíîãî ïîëîæåíèÿ,â ýòîì ñëó÷àå åãî íåîáõîäèìî äîâåñòè ðóêîé.

6.3.2 Îòäåëåíèå öåâüÿ â ðóæüÿõ ñ âûáðàñû-âàþùèì ìåõàíèçìîì, âî èçáåæàíèå äåôîðìàöèèøåïòàë âûáðàñûâàòåëåé, ïðîèçâîäèòü ïëàâíî,ïîâîðà÷èâàÿ åãî âîêðóã ïðèëåãàþùåé ê øàðíèðóðàäèóñíîé ÷àñòè êîðîáêè.

6.3.3 Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå ïàòðîíîâ, òóãî âõîäÿ-ùèõ â ïàòðîííèêè, òî åñòü òðåáóþùèõ áîëüøèõóñèëèé ïðè çàêðûâàíèè è îòêðûâàíèè ðóæüÿ.

6.3.4 Íå ïðîèçâîäèòå õîëîñòûõ ñïóñêîâ êóð-êîâ - ýòî ñíèæàåò ïðîäîëæèòåëüíîñòü ýêñïëóàòà-

öèè áîéêîâ.  ñëó÷àå íåîáõîäèìîñòè èìèòèðî-âàòü âûñòðåë, âñòàâëÿéòå â ïàòðîííèê íåçàðÿ-æåííóþ ãèëüçó ñ îòñòðåëÿííûì êàïñþëåì.

6.3.5 Íå äîïóñêàéòå óäàðîâ ïî ñòâîëàì ðó-æüÿ - ýòî ïðèâîäèò ê ïîÿâëåíèþ âìÿòèí è óõóä-øåíèþ òî÷íîñòè è êó÷íîñòè ñòðåëüáû.

6.3.6 Äëÿ ðóæåé ñî ñìåííûìè äóëüíûìè ñó-æåíèÿìè âûïîëíÿéòå ñëåäóþùèå ðåêîìåíäàöèè:

1 GENERAL

BE SURE TO READ, UNDERSTAND ANDFOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CONTAINEDIN SECTIONS 6.1, 6.2 AND 6.3 OF THISINSTRUCTION MANUAL.

The shotgun comes disassembled. Forassembling procedure, refer to item 6.2.2.2 of thisManual.

WARNING! Before using the gun, remove

factory lubricants from it and then apply gun oil asdescribed in this Manual (item 6.2.5).

1.1 Before start using this shotgun, familiarizeyourself with this Instruction Manual. It describesbriefly the shotgun basic specifications, design andinstructions for use.

1.2 As the shotgun design is constantly refinedto improve shotgun performance it is subject tomodifications without notice in the InstructionManual.

2 BASIC DATA

2.1 The IZH-27M Hunting Double BarrelShotgun and this shotgun versions are intended forvarious kinds of hunting, sport shooting, self-defense and home protection.

The IZH-27M Hunting Double Barrel Shotgunis available:

- in 12, 16, 20, 28, 32 and .410 gauges;- with 70 mm or 76 mm chamber length;- with ejection mechanism (indicated by the

“E” symbol in the model name) or without ejectionmechanism;

- with single trigger (indicated by the “1C”symbol in the model name) or double triggers.

The shotgun gauge, chamber length andallowable maximum gas pressure are marked on thebreech band.

2.2 The IZH-27M Hunting Double BarrelShotgun and the IZH-27M versions meet therequirements of the Specifications TY 3-3.663-80,criminalistical requirements of the Russian Ministryof Internal Affairs, requirements of examinationprocedure of the Firearms Examination Center ofthe Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and complywith the Russian state standard ÃÎÑÒ P 50529-93.The IZH-27M and IZH-27M versions have beencertified as to be in conformity with the safetyrequirements. Numbers of the Certificates ofConformity and their validity period are given onthe label enclosed with the Instruction Manual.

These Certificates of Conformity have been grantedby the Udmurt Standardization and MetrologyCenter’s Agency for Certification of Civil andService Weapons and Ammunition, Reg. No. ÐÎÑÑRU.0001.11ÌÆ03.

2.3 Design and Principle of Operation2.3.1 The IZH-27M shotgun and this shotgun

versions consist of the removable barrel unit withforend and the receiver with stock.

Inside the receiver the barrels are locked bymeans of a locking bolt. The locking system isoperated by a top lever located atop the receiver.When the action is broken open, the locking boltand the top lever are held with a locking bolt catchwhich automatically releases the locking bolt onclosing the action.

A splinter-type forend is attached to the barrelwith a lever-type latch.

2.3.2 The shotgun barrels are arranged verticallyand joined by means of a breech band and interbarrelribs.

To achieve tight patterning, choose appropriatefixed chokes or screw in choke tubes.

2.3.3 In the IZH-27M shotguns fired shells arewithdrawn from the chamber by the extractor onopening the action. The IZH-27M versions havingthe symbol “E” in the model name are fitted withan ejection mechanism that ejects fired shellsautomatically on opening the barrels. A shell isejected only from the barrel which is fired. A liveshotshell is withdrawn smoothly by the extractor.

When needed, the ejection mechanism can bedisengaged by turning the disconnector 15 (Fig.A.3) through 90 deg. In this case the fired shellcases will be only pulled out of the chamber.

2.3.4 The firing mechanism is of the hammertype with sears made separately from the hammers.The hammers are cocked and the mainspringscompressed by the forend iron, cocking cams andcocking bars on opening the barrels.

2.3.5 In the IZH-27M shotgun and its doubletrigger versions, the bottom barrel fires with thepull of the front trigger, the top barrel fires withthe pull of the rear trigger.

In the IZH-27M-1C and its single triggerversion, the barrels are fired in the sequence: thebottom barrel -the top barrel. For changing thesequence of fire, pull the trigger forward until aclick is heard and the barrels will be fired in thesequence: the top barrel- the bottom barrel. To setthe barrels to the initial sequence of fire, move thetop lever.

2.3.6 The safety is of the automatic type. Itturns ON each time you push the top lever to theright to break the barrels open. The safety blocksthe sears only when the hammers are cocked: withthe safety button set to the “safe” postion and thehammers uncocked, the sears will not be blocked;on cocking the hammers (opening the barrels), thesafety will block the sears automatically.

2.3.7 In the double trigger shotguns the safetyallows strikeless release of the hammers. To usethis feature, move the safety button forward withthe barrels opened, pull both triggers and smoothlyclose the barrels. WARNING! MAKE SURE THATTHE CHAMBER IS EMPTY BEFORE SETTINGTHE GUN TO SMOOTH RELEASE OF THEHAMMER.

2.3.8 The firing mechanism is fitted withinterceptors (extra safeties) for preventingaccidental discharge of the shotgun when thehammers are released without pulling the trigger,for example, when you drop your shotgun.

using 2,5 mm hard loads (No.7).2 Pattern percentage of the 76,2 mm chamber shotgun

4 COMPLETENESS

5 STORAGE PERIOD

5 . 1 S t o r a g e P e r i o dThe storage period for the shotgun kept in the

factory intact packing is 24 months from the dateof preservation. Upon expiration of the aboveperiod the shotgun must be represerved.

Store the shotgun in locked-in rooms or otherair ventilated areas under various macroclimaticconditions.

When in storing, white bloom may appearfrom hidden shotgun surfaces which can be easilyremoved with a clean oiled fabric.

N o t e – Additionally, the shotguns which are available withscrew in choke tubes come complete with:

- choke tubes (including those thread into barrels) _____ pcs;- wrench - 1 pc.

6 DIRECTIONS FOR USE

6 . 1 S a f e h and l i ng r u l e s6.1.1 Any firearm, though it has various safeties

may become dangerous to PEOPLE’S LIFE ANDHEALTH if carelessly handled. That is why observeall safety measures and keep in mind that ignoranceof safety rules may cause serious physical injury.

ALWAYS TREAT YOUR SHOTGUN AS IFIT IS LOADED AND READY TO FIRE.

Guns and alcohol or drugs DON’T MIX!DON’t TAKE any alcoholic beverages or drugsbefore or during shooting activities.

6.1.2 Before performing any operations on theshotgun (smooth hammer release, cleaning,disassembly, screwing-in/ screwing-out of choketubes, etc), your MUST check to make sure theshotgus is unloaded.

ALWAYS carry or store the shotgun unloaded.ALWAYS empty shotguns before entering a

house, car, boat or any building or camp. NEVERload/unload shotguns inside a vehicle or building(excepting a shooting room). When receiving ashotgun, always open the action and check to makesure the chambers are empty. Never accept anyone’sword that a shotgun is “unloaded” or “empty”.

6.1.3 Keep your shotgun separately fromammunition and beyond the reach of children anduntrained individuals. When out of a storage place,NEVER leave a shotgun unattended.

6.1.4 Never point this shotgun at any person oranything you do not intend to shoot even if it isunloaded. When loading, unloading, maintainingor cleaning, ALWAYS be sure the barrels arepointed in a safe direction and AlWAYS keep yourfinger off the trigger.

NEVER leave the shotgun where it could falland fire.

6.1.5 Keep the safety ON until you are actuallyaiming at the target and ready to shoot. Whenaiming, keep your finger off the trigger. Learn torest your finger on the trigger guard but not on thetrigger.

6.1.6 Never pull a shotgun toward you by themuzzle. Never put your hand over the muzzle.

6.1.7 Know your target and what is beyond it.Ask yourself what your pellets or slug will hit ifthey miss the target or pass through the intendedtarget.

NEVER shoot at hard flat surfaces orwater....there is a danger of ricochet.

6.1.8 DO NOT alter or modify your shotgun.Do not try to change the trigger pull, remove thesafety or any internal safety device as it may causeaccidental firing.

6.1.9 Use the ammunition for which yourshotgun was originally chambered. Do not changepowder charge of factory cartridges. Do not changeshot or slug weight.

6.1.10 Do not use shotshells and powderswhich have been in storage for more than 4 years.

6.1.11 For preparing shotshells use good-quality shotshell components. Load shotshell caseskeeping standard values specified in the Instructionsfor a hunting powder. Hunting smokeless powdercharge is determined by weighing only. To avoidbulged or burst barrels, use only shotshell powders.

DO NOT compress a smokeless powder charge.6.1.12 To avoid so-called “bean-like” local

bulging usually caused by shot escaped from theshotshell case into the barrel bore, use properlyloaded ammunition. If a metal shotshell case isused, be sure a carton wad retaining a load of shotseats snugly in the case. Use a paper shotshell caseonly once. If you reload your shotgun after firinga single shot, transfer the unused shotshell into thechamber of the barrel which was fired and load anew shotshell into the chamber of the barrel whichwill be fired next.

6.1.13 Do not fire a slug which body diameterexceeds the barrel bore diameter in the constrictionarea.

A round slug must be 0,2-0,3 mm smaller indiameter than the diameter of barrel boreconstriction. A slug with outer fins must be 0,1-0,2mm smaller in diameter than the barrel borediameter and 0, 8-1, 0 mm smaller than the barrelbore diameter in the constriction area.

NEVER use caliber slugs made from hardmaterials (like steel, brass, etc.).

6.1.14 Be carefull with ALL ammunition.Even “blank” cartridges are deadly at close range.

6.1.15 Before loading, make sure the barrelbores are not clogged with snow, dirt or debris.Firing with clogged barrel bores may result inbulged or burst barrels.

6.1.16 If your shotgun fails to fire when thetrigger is pulled, keep it pointed at the target for60 seconds. Sometimes slow primer ignition willcause a “hang fire” and the cartridge will go offafter a shot pause. If it still fails to fire, keep thebarrel pointed in a safe direction so that the muzzleend and chamber are directed away from you, andunload your shotgun.

6.1.17 Stop shooting immediately if sound onfiring differs from the previous sound. Unload yourshotgun and examine the barrel, receiver and otherparts. If any cartridge component parts jammedinside the barrel, remove them before resumingshooting. A slug or a wad may be lodged somedistance down the barrel, where it can not easilyseen, that is why check the barrel using a cleaningrod. If a blockage is in the bore, do not attempt toshoot it out with another cartridge even if it is ablank cartridge or a cartridge from which the shotor the slug have been removed. Such technique candamage the barrel and cause serious personalinjury. If the barrels on your shotgun are bulged,its mechanisms mailfunction, a cartridge case isruptured or if it has some more damages, have itexamined and repaired by a qualified gunsmith.DO NOT TRY ONE MORE SHOT, if your shotgundevelops the above defects.

6.1.18 WARNING! The shotgun firesammunition containing lead known to cause cancer,reproductive toxicity, birth defects and otherserious physical injury. Not only those who dischargea shotgun but who stand near someone whodischarges a shotgun or cleans or maintains shotgunsrun this risk. Proper air ventilation is absolutelynecessary when shooting indoors. To avoid exposureto lead and lead compounds while cleaning ashotgun, protective health measures should betaken. Wash your hands after contact.

6 . 2 M a i n t e n a n c e6.2.1 Proper handling and maintenance extend

the shotgun service life and ensure its trouble-freefunctioning.

Disassemble the shotgun completely when it isrequired only.

6.2.2 For normal inspection, cleaning andoiling and for transportation and storaging fieldstrip your shotgun. We recommend that yourrelease the hammers before stripping (refer toitems 2.3.7 and 6.3.4).

6.2.2.1 To Strip the Shotgun:- pull out the lever in the lower mid section of

the forend;- while holding the lever pulled out, swing the

forend front end in the direction to the barrel andremove the forend away from the barrel. NEVERFORCE THE FOREND OFF THE BARREL! ;

- push the top lever located atop the receiverto the right;

- swing down the barrels to detach them fromthe receiver;

- to assemble the shotgun for transportation orstoraging:

a) lock the forend onto the barrels;b) from above depress the locking bar retainer

located in the slot in the receiver where the breechend of the barrel is seated, and the top lever willmove to its center position.

6.2.2.2 To Assemble After Transportation orStripping:

- pull out the lever in the lower mid section ofthe forend;

- while holding the lever pulled out, swing theforend front end in the direction to the barrel anddetach the forend. DO NOT FORCE THE FORENDOFF THE BARREL!;

-push the top lever fully to the right;- engage the lower locking lug of the breech

end of the barrel with the slot in the receiver sothat the half round cut out on the lower locking lugfits around the pin in the receiver;

- swing up the barrels up with respect to thereceiver until the top lever locks them.

WARNING! The top lever may not movecompletely to the ceter on a new gun until the gunis broken in. Try to move it by hand. DO NOTFORCE!

- with the barrel locked, place the forend onthe front curve of the receiver at an angle of about20 degrees to the barrel. Keeping the contact

berween forend and receiver, with an upwardswing motion lock the forend onto the barrel.

WARNING! The forend latch lever may notmove completely into its final position on a newgun until the gun is broken in. Try to applypressure on the latch lever so that it fits flush withthe forend. DO NOT FORCE!

6.2.3 When required, disassemble the shotguncompletely as follows (see Fig. A.2):

6.2.3.1 To Remove The Stock:- remove the butt plate screws 67, 68 and

detach the butt plate 66 from the stock;- remove the screw 61 which secures the trigger

guard 60 to the stock 62, turn the trigger guardcounterclockwise to separate it from the triggerplate 49;

- remove the stock screw 63 extending to thebutt plate 66 from the stock 62 (if the shotgun isfitted with decoration panels, remove the screwswhich secure the panels to the stock); loosen thestock-to-receiver fit by tapping the receiver on anywooden object, then carefully remove the stock.Now the shotgun mechanisms are accessible forinspection, cleaning and oiling.

6.2.3.2 To Disassemble The Firing Mechanism:- cock the hammers 24, 25; insert a piece of

wire or a small 1-1,5 mm dia nail into the hole ineach mainspring guide ( the hole in the guide alignswith the recess in the crosspiece connecting thetang of the receiver 15 with the tang of the triggerplate 49), uncock the hammers and remove the

mainspring guides 27 with mainsprings 28;- drift out the hammer and sear pins (26 and

31 respectively) and remove the hammers 24, 25,sears 29, 30 and the cocking bars 33, 34;

- drift out the pin 38 which holds the spring 40and remove the safety parts;

- remove the bottom trigger plate screw 50 andusing a brass or copper rod and a hammer, carefullyknock out the trigger plate from the receiverinside.

6.2.3.3 To Disassemble The LockingMechanism:

- drift out the firing pin pins 31 and remove thefiring pins 21, 22 with their springs 23; remove thescrew 17 which secures the top lever 16 to the toplever pin 18;

- using a brass or copper rod and a hammer,knock out the top lever pin 18 together with therecoil spring 20 and take out the locking bolt 19.

6.2.3.4 To Disassemble The EjectionMechanism:

- drift out the cocking cam pins 59 and removethe cocking cams 58. To remove the disconnectors15 (Fig. A.3), position the disconnector slot at 45deg angle with respect to the shotgun axis, inserta screwdriver or a drift into the hole for a cockingbar and push the disconnector upward; remove thedisconnector retainer 16 with its spring 17.

To remove the disconnector withoutdisassembling the receiver, position the slot in thedisconnector at 45 deg angle with respect to the

shotgun axis, cock the hammer and then uncock it,the cocking bar will push the disconnector out ofthe receiver;

- to remove the extractor 2 or 3 (Fig. A.3),separate its front end from the barrels and thespring 4 will force the extractor out of the slot.Hold the extractor it with your hand whileremoving, otherwise it can be lost.

6.2.3.5 Further disassembly is fairlystraightforward and does not require specialdescription. When disassembling, do not mix uprighthand and lefthand parts.

6.2.4 Reassembly is in the reverse order.WARNING! When reassemling, do not apply

force or do not knock-in the parts forcibly to avoidnicks, cracks or dents on them.

The receiver-to -stock fit must be tight. Tohave the tight fit of the stock, tighten the stockscrew but not fully, then with a screwdriver headtap on the stock sides to let them set down thecorresponding surfaces of the receiver and tightenthe stock screw fully.

6 . 2 . 5 C l e an i ng and Lub r i c a t i n g6.2.5.1 Long service life and trouble-free

operation of a shotgun mainly depend on carefuland proper handling.

Keep your shotgun clean and lubricated. Aspecial care should be given to the barrel bores,points of contact between the forend iron andreceiver, the iron pin and corresponding recess forit in the breech barrel band, the barrels-to-receiver

friction points, the firing mechanism parts.Chrome lining makes care for the barrels and

chambers much easier, but it does not mean that itmakes regular and thorough cleaning unnecessary.

6.2.5.2 Materials needed to clean this shotgunare: a cleaning rod, cleaning patch, cleaning brush,bore cleaning solvent and a gun oil.

Using the cleaning patch, cleaning brush withbore cleaning solvent, scrub the barrel and chamberto remove powder and lead residue. After cleaning,coat the bore with gun oil. All external surfacesshould be wiped down with a light coat of rustpreventive oil.

CAUTION: Avoid using too much oil as dustor/and debris can get trapped in the oil creatinga gum that will cause misfires or bulged barrels.

TAKE CARE: As usual bore cleaning solventsare strong. Prolong and excess contact with finish orbluing can damage the shotgun’s finish. Wipe awayall excess solvent and then lubricate with gun oil.

6.2.5.3 The shotgun should be cleaned aftereach firing. In winter, allow the shotgun to warm-up indoors for some hours and only then clean it.Always clean the barrel in the direction from thechamber to the muzzle end.

6.2.6 In shooting, especially during initialperiod of using the shotgun, tighten the stockscrew from time to time to avoid the loosenedstock.

6 .3 D i r e c t i o n s F o r U s e6.3.1 Open/close the action smoothly with

both hands. Unsmooth opening/closing may resultin early loosened barrels-to -receiver fit. The toplever may not move to the center on a new shotgununtil the gun is broken in. Move it to the center byhand.

6.3.2 On the ejector shotgun, remove theforend carefully turning it around the roundedreceiver portion adjacent to the forend iron toprevent the sears from damage.

6.3.3 Do not use shotshells which enter thechambers snugly as they require some force foropening/closing the action.

6.3.4 Do not release the hammers in dry,otherwise the sears will fail to act fast. Forimmitation firing, you may use a spent shotshell.

6.3.5 Do not subject the barrels to knocks toavoid dents, untight patterning and low accuracy.

6.3.6 In case of a shotgun coming with screw-in choke tubes, follow recommendations below:WARNING! Before changing, tightening or checkingof a choke tube, make sure the gun is unloaded.

- BEFORE SHOOTING AND AFTERCHANGING OF A CHOKE TUBE, MAKE SUREYOU FULLY TIGHTEN THE CHOKE TUBE.For tightening of a choke tube, use a specialwrench which completes your shotgun.

If you do not tighten the choke tube fully, thepowder gases will enter into the clearance betweenthe barrel and the choke tube causing thedeformation of the muzzle end or the damage to thechoke tube. It can also cause the escape of the

choke tube from the barrel.SHOOTING WITH LOOSED CHOKE TUBE

CAN CAUSE ITS DAMAGE OR DAMAGE OFTHE GUN AND CAN ALSO RESULT IN INJURYTO THE SHOOTER.

Correctly installed choke tube should be flushwith or slighly below the muzzle end of the barrel.Screw-in the extra-long choke tube until it restsagainst the shoulder inside the barrel bore makingsure that the gap between the barrel end and thecylindrical portion of the extra-long choke tubeprotruded out from the barrel is provided;

- after the choke tube is installed, look into themuzzle. The ring at the coupling the bore with thechoke tube where the surface of the barrel boreoverhangs the surface of the choke tube should bevisible. The distortion of the ring indicates thedamage of the choke tube (chipped or bent edges)or its location in the barrel. Firing with thesedefects may cause the damage of the choke tube orthe barrel.

SHOOTING WITH DEFECTIVE CHOKETUBE CAN CAUSE ITS DAMAGE OR DAMAGEOF THE GUN AND CAN ALSO RESULT ININJURY TO THE SHOOTER.

IF THE BARREL OR THE CHOKE TUBE ISFOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE OF IF THE CHOKETUBE ESCAPES FROM THE BARREL, STOPUSING YOUR GUN AND ASK A QUALIFIEDGUNSMITH’S ADVICE.

- periodically, but not rarely than every 50-100 shots, check to insure the tube is fullytightened. If not, tighten it;

- remember the choke tube and its location inthe barrel need careful handling for prevention ofcausial deformation at the thin-wall sections.Needlessly do not leave the barrel without a chokebeing screwed-into.

6.3.7 Do not fire primers without powder,otherwise combustion products of the primer ignitioncharge will damage the barrels.

6.3.8 If on falling of the shotgun, the interceptorcatches the cocked hammer, recock the hammersby opening and closing the action. NEVER pull thetriggers forcibly to avoid the damage of the triggers!

6.3.9 Before placing the shotgun in storage,uncock the hammers (refer to items 2.3.7 and6.3.4) and separate the barrel assembly from thereceiver. After the barrel assembly is separated,depress the locking bar retainer from above andpush the top lever to its central postion.

Keep the shotgun in a dry place.
