Plaintiff,vs.

Minnesota-Iowa BaptistConference, also knownas Converge, Trustees ofFirst Swedish Baptist Churchof Vega, Marshall County,Minnesota, Trustees of theFirst Baptist Church of theTown of Vega, MarshallCounty, Minnesota, TheSwedish Baptist Church ofAlvarado, the Vega-AlvaradoBaptist Church, The SwedishBaptist Churches of Alvaradoand Vega Township, and allof the known heirs of thoselisted as deceased above,and all other persons knownor unknown claiming anyright, title, interest, or lienin the real estate describedin the Complaint herein,

Defendants.THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:

You are hereby summoned and requi red to serve upon Pla int i f f ’s attorneys an Answer to the Complaint which is on f i le in the off ice of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. I f you fa i l to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

This act ion involves, affects, or br ings into quest ion real property situated in the County of Marshall , State of Minnesota, described as fol-lows, to-wit:

Lot Seventeen (17) and Eighteen (18), Block One (1), Sand’s First Addition to the City of Alvarado, according to the plat thereof on fi le and of record in the office of the Marshall County Recorder.NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that

the object of said action is to obtain a judgment declaring that Plaint i ff is the owner, in fee, of the property described and that the Defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, interest or lien in or upon the said real estate.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by Plain-tiffs against any of the Defendants.
