Success Stories Craig and Susan

Marcia met Craig while outreaching on the estates in Hackney. After registering him Marcia discovered that Craig faced some general barriers that prevented him from getting a job. After working on his CV, interview preparation and confidence building Craig was successful and got a job as a Trainee Commi Chef at Claridges Hotel, London.

When Marcia met Susan she had been out of work for 20 years, she had very low self esteem and was not confident with the skills she could offer an employer. After working with Susan she proved willing to learn news skills and was successful in obtaining a position in catering.
