CARLO FRABETTI was born in Italy and lives in Spain. He has been writing in Spanish for many years. He is inquisitive, observant and incredibly skilled at merging seemingly unconnected worlds. CONSTANTLY HUFFING AND PUFFING.

THE BICYCLES ARE ANTELOPE,

NIMBLE AND QUIET.

MARIO FEELS SAFE ON THE

SIDEWALK AS IF HE’S STANDING

BEHIND INVISIBLE RAILINGS.

BUT HE DOESN’T GO TOO CLOSE

TO THE CURB FOR FEAR A WILD

ANIMAL MIGHT CLAW AT HIM.

AT THE BLACK AND WHITE STRIPES

THAT LOOK LIKE ZEBRAS.
