Simply select the Concierge Services you would like to use, assign Groups to the campaign, and choose what you would like them to receive. It’s fast, easy, and automated. THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF CONCIERGE SERVICES: QUICK CLICK MARKETING CONCIERGE: This service allows you to create a New Campaign using any of the marketing pieces in the Marketing Library. MY MARKETING CONCIERGE: Choose from a variety of campaigns that have been customized for you. COMPANY MARKETING CONCIERGE: These campaigns are set up and initiated by your company marketing department. OVERVIEWMarketing Concierge is a marketing feature that allows you to easily stay in touch with your contacts on special occasions. Simply select the Concierge Services you would like to use, assign Groups to the campaign, and choose what you would like them to receive. It’s fast, easy, and automated.

THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF CONCIERGE SERVICES:

QUICK CLICK MARKETING CONCIERGE: This service allows you to create a New Campaign using any of the marketing pieces in the Marketing Library.

MY MARKETING CONCIERGE: Choose from a variety of campaigns that have been customized for you.

COMPANY MARKETING CONCIERGE: These campaigns are set up and initiated by your company marketing department. You can change the marketing pieces in these campaigns, if “Custom Content” is “Allowed”, or choose to pause any, or all, Company Marketing Concierge campaigns.

A. Click the Marketing tab.

B. Then click the Marketing Concierge Link.

C. To add a new Concierge Campaign, click the My Concierge tab.

D. Click Create New Rule.

E. Select the Concierge Service you want to initiate from the drop down menu.

Campaigns are available for Birthdays, Holidays, Alerts and other special events.

If you are satisfied with your choice, click SELECT CAMPAIGN

Campaign Services

You can also Search Campaigns by Type, Choosing Email and typing in a Keyword.

This will take you to the campaigns most relevant to your “Campaign Service.” Click on the “Campaign” you would like to choose.

Once you have selected a service, you will see a description of the service you have selected.

A. You may apply this campaign to All Contacts or Selected Contact Groups or Categories. If you chose “Selected Contact Groups,” or “ Company Categories “ then choose the groups or categories you would like to add by highlighting them in the list of available groups or categories and clicking on the “Add” link. Your groups will move to the box on the left. You may add as many groups as you like.

B. Select Status If you are satisfied with your new campaign rule, click save with the Select Status of Running. Otherwise, you can save your new campaign in a paused status to run it at a later date.

Review the Campaign Details and click “SELECT CAMPAIGN”

If Custom Content is “Allowed”, you may select a different marketing piece for your campaign.

If Custom Content is “Not Allowed”, the marketing manager has selected the marketing piece for your campaign and it cannot be changed.

To review, pause/run, add or remove groups and categories, or edit the campaign, click “Edit”. Use the to Delete a Concierge Campaign.

If your company has pre-set campaigns, you will find them under the Company Concierge tab.

You will see the campaign appear in your “My Concierge” rules grid.
