The programme is intended to equip students with the knowledge and skills to successfully operate in a business environment.
The Report 191 (NATED) N4 – N6 MARKETING is a qualification
aimed at preparing students for the MARKETING industry. This
qualification was designed to provide both theory and practice.
The practical component of study could be offered in a real
workplace environment or a simulated workplace environment.
It provides students with the opportunity to experience realistic
work situations while they are still studying.

For entry into the Report 191 (NATED) N4 MARKETING programme:• A Grade 12 certificate/Statement of Results
How long is the Qual i f icat ion?
18 months - you get a certificate after each Level + 18 months working experience

N4 = 6 monthsN5 = 6 months N6 = 6 months
The MARKETING programme is a six-month programme for
each of N4, N5 and N6. The student is issued with a certificate
upon the successful completion of each level of study. After
18 months of work in a business environment (obtaining
experience in two of the N6 subjects), the student can apply
for a National Diploma.

In order to obtain a MARKETING certificate, a student is required to take a total of 4 subjects, each of which is designed to give the student insight into MARKETING.
